Ive been here a few times and overall enjoyed the available food options. Although every time I have gone last slyce has been closed. The crab sandwich & crab nachos are pretty good form Sal & sons

Such a cute space! The renovations have really allowed it to shine. Very clean and hip on the inside. there are food stalls inside, outdoor seating, and limited street parking (parallel parking is the main option, streets can be narrow-- it's fells point, so be mindful of that!) great place to walk to if you're in the area. Prices will range depending on where you choose to eat. Inside, they have Last Slyce, Thai Street, Everest Spice, Connie's chicken and waffles, and Taharka Brothers. Plenty of options to choose from! I recommend and can't wait to come back.

I've passed this smaller food hall many times and finally decided to check it out. About 8 spots with a variety of offerings. They do have a nice size area for outdoor/patio seating but would imagine it gets crowded inside during peak periods. Street Parking (Pay to Park) is available. Sophia's shouldn't be missed for Polish/European fare. We've tried and enjoyed Connie's for Chicken and Waffles. Also available: Seafood (Sal's), Thai Street, Deli/Breakfast (Vikki's Fells Point), Ice Cream (Taharka Bros), Pizza (Last Slyce), and Bar (Fat Tiger). An understated interior with most of the spots receiving higher ratings and appearing to be area favorites. Definitely worth a stop!

I visited Broadway Market for the first time yesterday. While the options were limited. I did enjoy the variety. I settled on Thai Street and had a beer at the bar. I look forward to returning.

Something for everyone. There I said it. A must visit spot. The Night Brunch was held here a few weeks back and it did not disappoint. Each restaurant was open as normal but to those attending the event only. Everyone was ON THEIR GAME. Serving foodies left and right at super speed without sacrificing the deliciousness. I tried MULTIPLE spots in here. Check the photos for my favorite tastes of the night. - Taharka Bro's - Thai Street - Old Boy - Verandah

This place is very cool. They have so many different stands with different foods. My personal favorite is the pierogies. They are very traditional and very good. The employees here are also very nice as well. When we went here, it was before COVID, and we sat inside, which was pleasant and cool from the hot summer weather. They have a very cool outdoor seating area for the summer. I will definitely return.

BF: What do you want to eat? Me: Idk, anything I guess BF: *Names 5 suggestions* Me: Nah, not that, none of those BF: WTF ?!?!? If you've ever been in this scenario, Broadway Market is your answer. With options that span Korean to Indian to Thai to American, even the most undecided of persons will land on something that will satisfy the tastebuds. When you walk in, the aromas will instantly get you. I'm looking at you, Connie's. The space is super modern and clean. Plenty of seating for whatever brings you there (quick bite, date night, study sesh) and even mini tables for the kiddos. Adorbs. Can't wait to be outside in the back patio when it warms up.

Was looking for some affordable local flavors. This was a cool spot…read more AMBIANCE: Parking: Street parking for the most part, typical for this part of town. Seating: Indoor seating with room for about 20 people inside the market. Vibes: You're right in the heart of Old Town / Fells Point -- the touristy but charming part of Baltimore. I dig the vintage brick roads, the historic feel, and the mix of locals and visitors passing through. The space sits inside a lively market (1640 Aliceanna St) with that true Baltimore seafood vibe -- casual, approachable, and full of movement. It's not fine dining; it's flavor-first, no-nonsense, and welcoming. Great for a quick grab-and-go or to sit down for a casual meal. FOOD/DRINKS: Crab Soup (A-Ok) Simple but hearty. It reminded me of a tomato-based soup with crab mixed in -- nothing too fancy, but warm and satisfying. I appreciated the richness and good amount of crab meat. I'm more of a clam chowder fan, so next time I might go that route, but this was still solid. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Quick, friendly, and efficient. The staff clearly know what they're doing and keep things moving without losing that personal touch. TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars. Good prices, solid flavors, and a classic Baltimore seafood feel. Sal and Son's Seafood isn't flashy, but it's genuine -- a go-to for a comforting bowl and a true local experience. I'll be back to try their other dishes next time I'm in the area. TIPS: * Check what's on special -- they rotate and have plenty of combo options.

It's probably because one meal was simple (crab cake sandwich, fries), and the other may have taken longer to cook to order (shrimp and chicken jambalaya). Otherwise, we were absolutely satisfied with the food. The crab cake sandwich was on point. The creamy crab soup was flavorful, creamy, and worth every bite. The shrimp and chicken jambalaya was also executed well. Also, I highly recommend trying the fresh fruit drinks. We got watermelon and pineapple, and "refreshing" doesn't begin to describe how good they were. The service was straightforward and to the point, which works for me. The establishment is located inside of a market. We went on a Sunday, so this was one of the few eateries open. I'm imagining that it is probably more jumping on other days. If I'm in Baltimore again, I'll definitely consider visiting again and exploring more of the menu.

I first heard of this place by a friend a year ago and finally got my sister to take me. I was praying and wondering if they would be open during this Covid 19 season and they were. I appreciated the signs that said NO MASK NO ENTRY. Major plus. I also appreciated the wonderful unofficial loc-wearing security guy that was at the door to welcome you but also make sure that crowd control was maintained. There was not a crowd but you know how folks can get about their seafood. I also appreciated that for it to be a place that specializes in crabs/seafood the cleanliness and non smell of the place. I read earlier reviews that recommended the female crabs had more meat but the lovely brown-skinned lady convinced me that the males they had were "oooh weeee on point and bigger with more meat." So at $45 for a dozen and 2 crab cakes at $5 each and a mallet to crack open the crabs we were set. The crabs of course are steamed and seasoned to perfection in either light, medium or heavy. I chose medium. Old Bay can be a bit much. I must say the crabs did not disappoint and neither did Blue Point. I think I got a little over a dozen of the male crabs and the seasoning was just right. I am crab stiffed and satisfied. My family and I had to take a break several times to finish the bag. We never once smelled of seafood and neither did the house. I will definitely be back to this gem of the city of Baltimore. Thank you for satisfying this New Yorker's crab craving.

So it cost me $10-15 to for a plastic takeout container. Had I not looked at the customer copy of the bill I would have not only not known but I would have tipped based on the total which already included the additional gratuity charge (which was not disclosed on the merchant copy). This is so unnecessary and ruined what would have been a good experience. They said it was a "sharing charge" which I have experienced and applies when u have another diner with you and u decide to split an entree. Had they disclosed I would at least had the option to finish the meal. The saying "stepping over dollars to pick up pennies " seems to apply as this left such a bad taste I doubt I will return despite the fact the crab cake was delicious and the loaded baked potato was average (hardly loaded) Beware of the hidden gratuity for take home leftovers!!! Update to above: I did follow up with Angie this morning and she was very kind and offered to credit back my card for the extra gratuity. She also explained that I was misled about the "sharing charge" but they do automatically add 15% gratuity regardless of party size or quality of service. So I would give 4 stars for the food quality and 1 star for the way in which they present and charge gratuity. Tipping should remain at the discretion of the diner based on service and food quality otherwise just get rid of tipping and raise your prices
