This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.

Instead of making the situation right, they accused us of personally attacking the lady (owner) that did the work. This was not the case at all. I do not think anyone at Ryan's stole the coat. I simply believe they accidentally gave the coat to another customer, who is dishonest and did not return it. They also accused our staff of stealing the coat and making up a lie that Ryan's did not return it to us. We asked only for a refund of the $159 of work done to make the situation right and was told to get a lawyer. This town is too small to treat customers this way, especially when there are other great dry cleaners available.
