We now use a dry cleaner in Idaho.

I went to this laundromat today because of all the positive reviews. While these reviews may have…read moreearned a positive response at the time they were written, but certainly not anymore. To name just a few of the reasons I had a negative experience; They promote their customers to use the app. After taking the time to getting the app set up, I realize that the majority of the machine numbers displayed as available did not even exist in the laundromat! The machine numbers seriously did not exist! Then, I put my clothes into machines that were not displayed as out of order but had no place to put your coins. Seriously, it looked like someone had literally just yanked the coin area directly out of the machines. Next, when attempting to pay via credit card for the dryer, there was no indication that the card reader was working ... until I realized I had paid for nearly two hours of dry time before I realized it was working. Lastly, do not state how clean you are when you are not. No where, and I am including the bathroom, were paper towels available to clean the folding table. I had to use one of the towels I had just washed, which was unfortunate. If you have to do laundry in Jackson, go to the Missing Sock. At least they earned my respect by living up to their promise.

I did haver one epxiernece where the washer ran 30 min past when it should have ended and did not empty its water, leaving me with dropping gallons of water on the floor to get my sheet out to put into another machine. This was a one time issue and after a few weeks the owner did call me back and refund my money. Overall, the site is clean, the machines work, parking is easy to access and the people are good here. They can get quite busy so I recommend coming in in the early morning or late in the day and watch out for the weekends.

Thereafter they shipped the jacket to some foreign country to try to fix the problem. After 7 months the jacket is nowhere to be seen and the true value is $700.00. Instead of making the situation right, they accused us of personally attacking the lady (owner) that did the work. This was not the case at all. I do not think anyone at Ryan's stole the coat. I simply believe they accidentally gave the coat to another customer, who is dishonest and did not return it. They also accused our staff of stealing the coat and making up a lie that Ryan's did not return it to us. We asked only for a refund of the $159 of work done to make the situation right and was told to get a lawyer. This town is too small to treat customers this way, especially when there are other great dry cleaners available.
