I needed to go to a funeral nearby on the weekend & wanted to go to the house after. I was very surprised to find the price for Saturday the same as the weekday. Their solution to timing the appointment was to give me the tech's cell & told to call as soon as I was ready to start for the house. Jay C. arrived less than 10 min. after I arrived. His truck was really well-equipped, ready for anything. My husband arrived about 10 min. later. Jay was extremely friendly & courteous. He was also really good, opening the house in less than 3 minutes. I also liked he wanted proof of ownership to ensure we were the legal owners, which explains the caveat given about when the tech would arrive. "He may be delayed if we get a call from the police or other emergency." This company's service is so good seems they're who the cops call when they need a locksmith. Plus they're careful about keeping things legal. They hit 5-star status when Jay, finding out we planned to change all the locks didn't try to dissuade us or to use his company. Instead he offered us excellent tips on putting new locks in old doors. We highly recommend this company for it's speed, friendliness, customer service & quality. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they didn't confirm my identity (via ID card, etc) before starting the service. I would have thought that was a must-do. It felt a little too easy to have my lock opened. Aside for that potential security miss, the service took less than 5 minutes and I was able to pay with a card. I got an automated reciept immediately to my email. Now, the price..... Since it was an emergency call, the service cost me $102.60 ($95 for the call plus 8% tax). Let's just say I've had my keys attached to me since. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future!
