One week later and with no response, I called again and left another message about the problem and asked for a return call. Another week passes and with still no response, I contacted the main office about my problem and was told that they weren't responsible for issues with the washers or dryers but that she worked the following morning and she would have management call me. And here I am now, no return calls to any of the messages that were left and apparently the management at Jaguar Cleaners could care less about any customer issues or complaints with their services. My advice is to save your money on this company as they could care less about their customers.

Like a fool I put more clothes in alone with a 300 hundred dollars coat that I purchased in January of this year one size too large and it is too small and it look like my wool coat was washed. The material don't look like it did when I placed it in the cleaners. It look like the wool was wet and it was hung out to dry. I gave them until 9:30 am today to give me an answer. I had to call Jaugar Cleaners back at 9:38 and I did not get any resolution for my problems. I was told the manger have to look at the items. Now they will have my sweater and scarf set and my new navy blue coat. By the way, they do not know anything about the sweater set.
