When I scheduled it I made it admittedly clear that they can't smoke cigarettes or weed while working with my stuff and they didn't listen. My stuff smelled like weed. Which upset me, I specifically stated I didn't want that around my stuff. When it was scheduled they were supposed to be at my home between 8:30-9:30am. Which they weren't, kept getting pushed back and back. They finally showed up at 6:45pm. The packing went ok up until them bouncing my washer, My dryer and freezer down the stairs. When they got to my new home my stuff reaked with the smell of weed. As they are bring in my family air loom dining room table one of the movers using the wrong bit to put in and most likely strip the screw in the table. They also lost the screws to my stand up freezer so I can't put door back on and lost thousands of dollars of food. Not to mention that my house and my garage smells like weed!! Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever use them again!!

I was asked to have someone be there 30 minutes before the movers were scheduled to be there. I had queried whether to have the movers would like to utilize a basement bay or the front door. I was assured that the movers would prefer to utilize the front door. The movers had a 2 hour window and they never made it to the office in that time frame. They called 20 minutes after the window and said they would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes after the 2 hour window they called back saying that they were at the basement bay. I informed them that I was told that they would prefer the front door. It was not until 60 minutes after the 2 hour window that they made it to the office. It took them 15 minutes to move the truck from the back of the building to the front. They were pleasant enough. They moved the items to where they needed to go. I am not impressed that after all the communication there was time lost and more expense for us because of the lack of clarity between Mike and his movers. It cost me approximately $50 because of their lack of communication

When I called to follow up on 11/24, his voicemail said he receives texts at the number too, I texted and he quoted $195/hr. When I asked him about the disparity he said we could go with the lower rate. In our initial conversation I explained that we were supposed to close on our house December 18th and wanted to move December 19th. I did note that when buying a house there are many moving parts so there was some concern that we might not be able to close/move on time but told him that I'd let him know as soon as I knew for sure and he was fine with that. 12/12, one week before the move I text the owner telling him we're on track to close on time and that I want to confirm we're scheduled for the following Saturday 12/15 I text the owner again and leave a voicemail, no response 12/16 I text the owner and leave a voicemail, my wife also calls and texts, at noon I text that if I don't hear back by 1:00 I'll need to find another company I found another company, still haven't heard a word from him. It's entirely possible that we were on his calendar and he would've shown up on time Saturday and is just terrible with communication, but after going four days without any confirmation, I couldn't risk not having a mover show up. I truly hope everything is ok and that I'm not bashing a business that had a valid reason for ghosting me, but until I hear otherwise from the owner, I can only guess.

Thursday was packing day, and a crew of three arrived precisely on time and packed up our house incredibly quickly and efficiently. Friday was the actual move, and the crew was again punctual and efficient. They arrived around 9am and by 11:30am we were fully moved and unpacking. We did a virtual walkthrough a couple weeks prior to the move so they could give me a ballpark estimate, and the final price wound up being about $30 under the estimate; pretty damn close. The best endorsement I can offer: I had a remote meeting Friday morning as the moving started which I took in the backyard so I was out of the way. I kept seeing my husband wandering around out of the corner of my eye, so I muted my audio to see what was wrong. His response? "I'm bored. There isn't anything for me to do, they're just taking care of everything." They really went above and beyond -- helped bring a bulky arcade cabinet that we weren't moving up to the garage from the basement, and even assisted with arranging the placement of rugs in the apartment so they were sorted out before piling on furniture and boxes. When we got settled and unpacked in the new place we found not a single thing was broken or damaged. I was impressed that beyond their obvious competence everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a painless moving experience.
