I do my research before trying a business especially for my healthcare. I came in as a new patient and it turns out I had to get a root canal and crown to fix my issue. No problem, I had one before with my longtime dentist but he was Retired so I tried oak tree dentistry. The Dr I met with I didn't catch his name he was partially bald, rushed through my diagnosis didn't explain much of anything but let me know I needed the root canal, we scheduled it I came back and I was met with a completely different dr. A woman she was of Indian descent wasn't listed on the website as a dr there I was very confused but trusted them. It was the most painful root canal I was there for over 3 hours mouth open getting worked on. My temp tooth fell out 2 times while waiting for my crow to come in. Till this day a year later the tooth is still sensitive. Very unfortunate my original dentist really set the bar, my first root canal was so fast so smooth so painless so this was a COMPLETE SHOCK.

Sometimes staff were actually rude to me and I barely spoke any English so I couldn't really say anything about it. I had been in braces for almost 2 years already. A friend of mine suggested me to transfer to a different office. I went to Lodi's Western Dental on September, 2012. Dr. Simontacchi did my exam. I still remember him shaking his head at how disappointed he was about the treatment that I had previously received. He told me that I had to be in braces for about one more year. So I decided to contract again. At this point I still had open spaces because of extractions due to crowding. All spaces closed within the first few next visits. My brackets were repositioned and my smile looked completely different within just a few days(it was painful but worth it). I was always explained what was being done. The staff is really nice. Down side I would say it's wait time. Some times they get very busy but they still get back to you. A little wait won't kill anyone. The orthodontist is very professional, loving, and caring about his patients. Also, the assistants are really nice and always make you feel welcomed and make you laugh out loud sometimes. I got my braces off last week. Had them in for over 3 years. I received treatment in Lodi's office for 1 year and 2 months. I wish I had started my treatment with this doctor. If so, my braces would have been off a long time ago. However, I'm very pleased with the treatment I received and results after braces.
