Jalapeño poppers from specials, crab cakes and shrimp cocktail

Wow this place was amazing in every way! We found it by accident and the food was spectacular. The food presented beautifully and tasted even better from apps to deserts. Our waiter was attentive and informed us on what food he recommended for us and how it was made. He also gave us a lot of interesting facts about the island since we are newbies here. He made the experience super fun all around. Great food and service what more can you ask for A+

Wow, this place rocks. Meghan is masterful at preparing cocktails as she carefully floated the cucumber on my yummy drink. The food is great and special attention to presentation.

Curry, Quail, Creole Shrimp, Ricotta and Caramel popcorn

I thought I was in New York or San Francisco with this wine bar & bistro. I've been waiting for something like this to pop up for a long time. Anyone that's lived on St. Thomas for a few years will understand of where I'm coming from. The food scene here with variety is something to be desired, and forget about finding a wine bar until now! This is the new spot for the hubby and I! We wandered in during happy hour (runs from 4p-7p) and stayed right through it for dinner. Our server steve was amazing. Every restaurant on St. Thomas needs a Steve working for them . His recommendations of having the Ricotta, Curry, and Quail were spot on. My in laws are Indian, specifically Punjabi Indian, they do spice and curry well, and the curry dish was my favorite for the hubby and I! Its just delicious and the presentation is different ( served on a thin fried potato latke covered in kale, cabbage and mushrooms). It's a good vegetarian dish for those that don't eat meat. The quail was cooked perfectly and the creole shrimp were on steroids and the sauce was plate licking good. The one and only dessert they had on menu ( caramel popcorn with some type of vanilla soufflé) was delicious but I really think the ricotta could be a dessert. The pita slices are drizzled in honey so it's a sweet dish. We were surprised that they gave us chilled wet napkins with lemon to get the stickiness off our hands after eating that dish. The wine selection is great and they actually use the correct wine glasses for each varietal. Seriously no one else does that on this island. The plates are shareable, like a tapas concept and fresh fusion seems to be their theme. This new restaurant is in Havensight, in the same spot that the froyo place used to be so parking is easy. If you are in the Havensite area definitely check this place out for happy hour or for dinner you will not be disappointed! #yum #happyhour or #dinner in #St.Thomas #USVI

Great new spot in St. Thomas

This place feels like it could be located in any major city in the USA but it kind of has a hip Miami feel to it. Great wine list and Tapas menu. Upscale atmosphere and a very engaging professional staff. I will definitely return.

The red wines were not much to talk about Rose very good. They didn't have desserts so we had to bite the bullet and had an espresso martini, which actually was surprisingly good so we ordered another. We've been here twice and love the place.

Walking up the stairs it felt like we were heading to a little enchanted, cozy place. And that it was! The decor was modern. And they had a different glass for each type of drink I ordered, on top of the leather coasters! This place was a vibe! Great place for a date night! When I'm traveling to an island, this the vibe I'm looking for! The music was nice and just the right volume to still enjoy your conversation! Now let's get to the food!!!!!!!! OMG! I am a foodie and I don't mind paying for amazing service and great food! Everything was seasoned to the GODS!!!! We started with the mussels and shrimp chowder! After the first taste I knew we would be trying a few things on the menu! And the drinks were on POINT!!! And the lil seductive drip on the lemonade drop OMG!!!! Needless to say we it was so good I had to go in for dessert!!! Chef Kiss!!! And A-1 for EVERYTHING!!! I wish this business total success so it will be here upon my RETURN!!!

Hand down the best place to eat in the area. It's very small, but packs a punch with great customer service, cool drinks and outstanding food. Best to try and get in on their off hours to get a table without a wait. We literally ate here 4 times when we were on the island. An absolute MUST to order is their Bacon Jalapeno tater kegs! OMG-They're the bomb! Wings are decent and the burgers are juicy, flavorful and delicious! You really can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. Everything is made fresh to order. The decor is island themed chaos in every fun way possible. If you happen to have to use the restroom it's located outside (customs ONLY) The key ring they'll hand you is a toilet lid! LOL You can ring in another way too! On your trip to the john, call in sick to work and stay on the island! You're enticed too by the retro phone sitting a top a keg outdoors as well. Great photo opts! Happy Hour is daily! The Love Shack offers particular deals with half-priced cocktails. We did Margs on Monday! Signature drinks include the 50oz Volcano Drink, Shark Attack, and souvenir cocktails like the Pirates Booty in a ceramic mugs. FYI- They may attach a certain creature to your glass also. Perfect vibe, casual dinning and great accommodations by the staff (for our big party) who were so friendly and professional. This is a must experience spot when visiting St Thomas.

Duffy's provides free parking which is a rarity and right at noon, the mall lot had tons of open spots. We both ordered burgers, one with the standard fries and one with onion rings. It took a good half hour for the food to be delivered but when we got it, it was hot and cooked to our specs. Fries were crispy. Burger was thick with a nice crisp, almost tasted like a smash burger but thicker. Service was good. It was the one spot where we didn't have to pay for a refill of soda. They were playing the best music! No waitlist or host so you have to linger and wait for someone to leave if you need a table and they are full. Great stop.

I have mixed feelings as I review this place. On one hand, we had two excellent experiences. On the…read moreother, our last visit was quite bad that it's making me think about whether this place should be a 5-star or not. Based on food alone, this place merits nothing less than a 5-star. The services on the other hand were borderline. Ocean 180 is an upscale restaurant located in Point Pleasant resort. Husband was super excited to book the condo knowing that he would not have to drive around in search of a nice restaurant to bring me to for a couple of dinners during vacation. They have a brunch on Sundays which led us to our very first visit there. Nestled between tropical vegetation, the place screams peaceful dining experience and it was. We came right around the time they opened for brunch at 9am and we were immediately seated. Our view was perfect, a bit of the cool breeze and a mimosa were like icing on a cake. The waitress came by, took drink orders and told us there is another wait staff in training who will be assisting. He took over mostly after that. I ordered the pork belly which came with 2 fried eggs, crisp smashed potatoes and a simple salad. My husband had the tropical chopped salad served with creamy mango dressing. My pork belly was delicious, the potatoes were seasoned well and even the simple salad, was worth its own recognition. Yes, this place knows how to make great food! Minor mishap, the waiter in training was addressing my husband the whole time while I was trying to pay our bill and even brought my card back to my husband when it clearly has my name on it. Made me feel a bit weird as we're in 2025, not the 1950s. Okay. So, second visit was for dinner. I made reservations then got a call around 4pm to tell me that due to technical difficulties, they are only able to accept cash. Do I still want to keep my reservation? Yes. Fortunately, we carried some cash this vacation with the foresight of possibly needing them for local vendors and such. Again, we got in and seated quickly. Our waitress was fabulous and checked on us. My husband had the smoked old fashioned. It came in a contraption that was smoky. Very cool. I had a cocktail - the exotic tides which was gin, ginger, muddled cucumber and basil. I ordered the whole fish grilled and her butter basted with some ginger escabeche. Okay, this dish blew my mind. Also, I was really wanting to order a whole fish for one of my meals as I do not get to do this often anymore living in Midwest and I think I picked the best place who did this dish justice. My husband had the Morrocan braised lamb shank and he loved it! We ended our wonderful dinner with a chocolate creme brulee topped with toasted almond slivers. Absolutely delicious. We should have ended with this evening because it would not have tainted my perception. But, we came back in on our last evening. Sadly, our experience on the last night was like day and night. We made reservations as usual, got seated quickly but took a little while for our waiter to come and take our drink orders. We sat and sat and waited then he finally emerged and spoke about the special. We eventually ordered drinks. I got a glass of wine, my husband was quite tired so he asked if they had iced tea, waiter said no. It took about 20 minutes for a glass of wine and maybe another 15 for him to come back and take our orders. We were hungry, there was a heavy storm blowing in, we got wet because it was so windy and the little cover kept flapping to the point where it was letting water in, not to mention a leak on top of our table causing water to start dripping on my head. We ordered everything all at once from appetizer to our meal once the waiter remembered to come back. We got our appetizer another 30 minutes later while we miserably sat getting wet and getting cold. When we finally got our food, I wasn't in the greatest mood. I ordered another glass of wine which surprisingly came faster than the last time. It took a very long time for my husband to get a refill on his water. Only until another guy who was running around trying to bring food to the tables, when he noticed my husband's water glass was empty, he promptly came to refill. He wasn't our waiter. We didn't see much of our waiter. I am not needy and don't generally ask for too many things but making sure people have drinks while they eat is basic like breathing. Our food came out good but I already had a sour taste in my mouth due to the horrible service. For this visit, we started with the crudo, their fish on special that evening. It was delicious and we tried to enjoy and savor the flavor, as much as two starving people can. I had the local grouper with roasted PEI mussels. Again, delicious. We skipped dessert for fear that it would take another 30 minutes to get one and the experience had exhausted me at this point.
