My dress had to be taken in, but it was a tricky job as there was only once piece of lace and beading for the entire top. They even assisted a customer that came in after me. Once I was finally assisted at the front desk, the person assisting was not warm or friendly at all. She was even quick to cut me off and deligate about what items she wanted to hear about first. The same way she didn't greet me coming in, is the same way she didn't say bye on my way out.
