This a very nice coffee shop and cafe in Cedar City. I enjoyed a very well made cortado and breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll for $8. My friend had the "Apple Nachos" for $5.75. The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have toasted the ciabatta bread it would have been great. My friend mentioned the apple nachos were great. The sliced green apples were crisp, the granola tasty and crunchy, and the drizzle of honey was perfect. The service was very good. The peeps were friendly and welcoming. This place also doubles as a yoga studio. There plenty of parking right out in front. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Do not sleep on this one--wake your wife/girlfriend up if you're in the vicinity and take her in for a cappuccino, stat! They had lots of seating, including some comfy couches--I LOVE a laidback coffee shop! The decor was very modern with a clean, elegant vibe. Tons of natural light as well. There were lots of drinks to choose from, and they also offered food (but we had already eaten)! The barista was very helpful in describing drinks which helped me narrow down my choices. The shop shares some space with a yoga studio, so the bathrooms are large and spacious, have toiletries for freshening up, and some even have showers! For a small town coffee shop, Bristlecone really blew it out of the waters and amazed me! I'm super happy we stopped in, and can't wait for my next drive up to Brian Head to stop in again!!!
Très chic! This is a coffee shop meets yoga studio, and the vibe is extremely grounded and relaxing. The place is immaculately clean with tons of cozy and varied seating options. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the coffee & food, and there's plentiful and friendly staff. I got the 3-egg scramble, and while it was simple, it was a good sized portion and the pickled onions were a nice touch. I also got a cold brew with cold foam, and it was quite bold and smooth. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here all the time!
Very good service and greeting. Our order was taken promptly and our food was quickly prepared and delivered to our table. It was fresh and flavorful. I wish my croissant was a little more artisanal as it seemed to be the prepackaged variety. I will be back.
I would go here again if I lived closer. I enjoyed both sandwiches we got. They drew cute notes on the cup lids. :)
Smores cold brew is really great. A little pricey but it's good. I'd give it 5 stars if there were a few more food offerings. But 5 stars for just coffee. Service is nice and parking isn't so bad. They have plenty of room to sit and enjoy your drink inside and outside and they have clean restrooms.
Sooo good we went back twice. Small, quaint, relaxing breakfast stop. Great tasting coffee and London fog. Enjoyed the bagel sandwich. Simplicity, tasty and relaxing that you want to hang out for awhile.
When you first walk in, there's loss of seating, and a cozy vibe. We ordered the Emerald drink, lavender lemonade, and iced caramel macchiato which were all yummy(lavender lemonade was my favorite). We also ordered ciabatta w cream cheese & everything bagel with cream cheese, which we're not our favorite. The service was helpful and quick. I highly recommend this spot for drinks!
The coffee was excellent. The vibe inside was very bright, and they had ample seating service was impeccable and friendly. You can do some schoolwork, read a book, write, or do some game boards. There are available tables, couches, and study tables as well. Towards the end of the shop, there is a yoga studio/store for retail as well. Apparently, this is a coffee and yoga place, which is divine in my book. Coffee tasted amazing and they had options for food too but I was not able to try that the location of this place has a lot of parking outside, street parking, and this is very close to the university.
Quick stop for coffee before heading back to Vegas after our lunch at Centro Pizza across the street. This was one of those stops that made us say "So glad we stopped here" The interior is beautifully designed, the ambiance is quiet, peaceful, and upscale coffee shop. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the caramel macchiato was the best caramel macchiato I've had anywhere. If I was a local in Cedar City, UT, I'd probably be here pretty often. Lots of space for remote working or for a quick meetup with friends and family! Check them out!

Tasty eats and great coffee with a chill atmosphere. Had the Bird Dog- steaming sweet potato topped with a fried egg, bacon, spinach and cheese. So tasty! Good coffee and tea options, too. Definitely recommend this as a stop on the way to or from Brian Head! read more
Okay what a beautiful coffee shop tucked away in Cedar City! We were passing through town and were overwhelmed by the amount of highly rated coffee places, but Bristlecone caught my eye so we chose it. First off it's absolutely gorgeously decorated, spotless, and had such a fun vibe to it. Secondly the staff were so friendly and accommodating, I would return here on this fact alone! I'm a snob when it comes to my coffee unfortunately, and they were so sweet about making it exactly how I like it and didn't even bat an eye at my requests (even when they probably should have). The coffee is pretty dang good too! Their menu looked amazing and I wish I could've ordered about 10 different things, they really have something for everyone even non coffee drinkers. It has this great space for studying in a group which makes sense because it's in a college town. They also have a yoga studio in the back with some yoga clothes and supplies which is a cute combo with the coffee shop side. I hope someday they open a location up in SLC because we would frequent it!! read more

Loved everything that Bristlecone offers. I was in Cedar City for work for a few weeks and I enjoyed my mornings at this place. I particularly loved their three egg scrambled with sausage. I also loved their red velvet and matcha latte and also the apple tacos! I would have tried more if I stayed longer in town. I'll definitely go back! read more

We stopped in this place on our way to Bryce for the day. It's so cute and the coffee we got was great (cold brew and an americano). We ordered online for pickup and the process was super easy and the website was really easy to use. It's tucked away a bit so a little hard to see from the road. My boyfriend got a vegan sandwich and it was really good as well. Great stop! read more

Super disappointed bought a large crème brûlée coffee which cost over 6$ for it to only be 1/3 of the way full and the rest pure foam. It didn't even taste like crème brûlée it had no vanilla flavor whatsoever it just tasted like basic black roasted coffee I could get at any maverick for under 2$. My wife got the medium pumpkin spice latte which didn't even taste like pumpkin spice and just tasted like regular black coffee with sweater and oat milk. The place is nice but the product is trash not worth the money in any way. I've been disappointed before but this is the worst by far seems like all their coffee just tastes like basic black coffee I'd stick to Starbucks or grind coffee house. This is how little coffee was in my cup after I removed all the foam with a spoon and it's sad that my wife and friend thought gas station coffee is better then this. read more

My boyfriend and I just came and got the creme brûlée cappuccino and it was excellent! We sat on the couches- very comfy- and played Jenga (depending on who you ask, we both won) the girls working are so sweet and the espresso pull was great. Very happy with the vibes and will definitely be back for a drink and to study!! And will obviously be checking the yoga classes out :) thanks for the great experience read more
