The day of our practice we met Jaechon behind the our hotel next to the river. She had mats and props set up, along with a few special items to take home to remember our practice. The Cosmic Flow practice is accessible for all levels - even beginners. It was a perfect balance of movement and meditation. The deer gathered on the lawn as we moved. The singing bowls sang as we centered ourselves around love and hope and peace. It was a magical session and the perfect way to close our last day and our last sunset at Zion. I will never forget this magic and can't wait to book Jaechon for Cosmic Flow Yoga again the next time I'm in Springdale.
