Zaci is such an amazing space! I had never really done yoga and thought it was too slow. Once I started going to classes here, I learned to love it! Every instructor that I've had is amazing! From the easiest class to the most difficult, there are always options given. There is no pressure to be perfect or do what everyone else is doing. As they say, "It's your practice". They are very welcoming to all! read more

I was in town visiting from California and needed a good stretch/ destress after a long day of traveling. This studio is amazing! It's super cute, clean, and comfortable. It took me a minute to figure out how to get in, you go into the main door and up the stairs, leave your shoes outside the door and enjoy your practice! I reserved and payed for the class online before coming (which was super convenient!) but it looks like they take walk-ins too! The instructor was great! She checked in with us consistently, used the time amazingly - I really felt like it was a well rounded class, and she asked/ modified for any injuries or special requests. I really felt personally taken care of and loved in this space! I would definitely be a regular if I lived here! Highly recommend :) read more

I don't know why there aren't more reviews for this spot because it was incredible! I'm in from out of town and I popped in for a quick class. The staff was so friendly and extremely accommodating. They welcomed me with open arms. The studio was really clean and spacious. The music was good (not too loud, not too soft). You can register online for classes to secure a spot which is always nice. I attended a complimentary class taught by two yoga teacher students (Lara and Nedra) which made me feel really happy to support new teachers :) I'd recommend this studio to anyone and will stop. Y again on my next visit to town! read more

Amazing experience! I contacted Zaci for a private yoga class for a girls' weekend with 12 ladies in St George. Paula could not have been more sweet, she is an excellent teacher, and it was an all-around wonderful experience! 100% recommended! read more

I moved here from Southern California about a year ago and started looking for yoga options right away. The good news is that there are several. If you like hot yoga or more traditional spiritual yoga, St. George has those too. But Zaci was perfect for me: a wonderful balance of physical practice with that great zen vibe. The most noticeable thing at Zaci is how nice everyone is. Super welcoming to newcomers and regulars alike. There is a wide range of skill levels mixing easily in the classes and the instructors are excellent. It's just a great feeling in their classes. I come in the day, I've had 5 different instructors and I've loved them all. I feel SO happy to have found a yoga home like this here in St. George. read more

Established in 2013.

"One summer night in a dear friend's kitchen, music pumping loud, hours of sharing chocolate, dreams and yoga, with one hand on our hip and the other on the island 'bar', that's when the magic happened." Once that connection was made, at that very moment, co-owners Paula Temple and Donna Childs created what is know today as ZACI (sanskrit for: strength, kindness, skill & grace) YogaBarre. Infusing their intense deep rooted love of yoga with an innovative addition of isolated, intense (and might we mention addictive) barre work.

Meet the Business Owner: Paula T.

Paula Temple was born in Nuremberg, Germany and raised in Utah's Dixie. After earning her Graduate Degree, she taught community college mathematics at Dixie State College for ten years before moving to Arizona to pursue a PhD at Arizona State University (which she has not yet completed, but the idea is still in her "bucket"). Paula spent 12 years in Arizona falling in love with the beautiful landscape and unique culture of the state (and the man of her dreams) in the process. Her career history in Arizona was spent in both the pharmaceutical industry and in higher education. While teaching mathematics at Scottsdale Community College, Paula caught the yoga bug. She immersed herself in the study and practice of yoga and earned both her 200 and 500-hour yoga teaching certificates as well as an additional Occupational Certificate in Yoga Instruction. That is rude, disrespectful, self centered and a disregard for safety and to hear she owns this business is unacceptable. The instructor on Wednesday Cronk is a bad ass!!! His classes are always full. Lisa displays a lack of etiquette toward colleagues and a lack of respect for paying customer.

Zaci is an incredible place. Everyone there is so unique and genuine. The atmosphere is very peaceful. You can't help but leave feeling inspired. All the instructors are so kind and know what they are doing, no matter if you are a beginner or professional they help you feel comfortable and reach the goals you set for yourself and where you want to be. My wife and I are visiting St. George from San Diego. We really enjoyed our Gentle Yoga class with Darci today. We felt a sincere welcome by Darci and the other students. Gentle Yoga was just what we needed after our hike earlier today. We recommend ZACI Yoga, which offers a variety of yoga classes and is centrally located with plenty of free parking. The instructors teach every level, they never make you feel pressured to be like them--just the best YOU that you can be. They do it all with care and concern, and above all not to do self harm. You always feel like they are there for you only--very personable. Stayed a weekend in St. George and found this beautiful yoga studio. The instructors are so very nice and welcoming. They are very educated and cued alignment on spot!
