I've always felt awkward and out-of-place walking into other gyms, but this is never the case at CFMW. As a result, we were charged for an additional month in November. During that time, we were traveling and unable to use the additional 8 classes we each paid for. The manager at the time informed us that our unused classes could be extended until the end of the year. However, that manager is no longer at this location, and the new manager told me there is nothing they can do and that we are simply out of luck. This has been very disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. We paid for classes we were told would be honored, and now we are being told otherwise. New management/ownership appears unwilling to offer any reasonable accommodation or compensation. Given this experience, I will not be recommending this location to friends or neighbors.

I absolutely love Pilates, specifically Club Pilates, & each of the instructors (& the other members!) THAT MUCH!! Who knew exercise could be so amazing?! Each instructor brings her own personality & makes working out fun, interesting & leaves me looking forward to the next class. After just a couple months, my posture is improving, my body feels better, I'm getting stronger from head to toe & having a fantastic time! Pilates (on the reformer) has actually surpassed swimming & water exercise in my book, which is saying something. I'm planning to continue as long as I live.
