Great workouts, friendly staff. Workouts are efficient, and functional. Hence the name. Glad they opened up in St George!

Childcare spots not readily available - heads up!…read more Edited: Went to my first class and loved the good energy and friendly new faces. Nice trainers. Intense workout, like Shaun T, or P90X level. I liked it and was excited to find a place I could bring my little kids w me. Just a big room w nice equipment, two bathrooms, childcare room. No smoothie bar, lockers or showers. Open cubbies for your phone/keys. Simple setup. Signed up for a trial month right after class ($69). After I paid, they help me set up the app and as I went to book my next morning's class, I was surprised to see no childcare spots available. I told them the reason I signed up there was solely because I could bring kids w me as I'm a stay at home Mom. Each class has 50 Mom spots and only 40 kid spots. Once the childcare is full, you can't bring your kids w you. Several of the moms walked in to class w two kids, meaning only some moms could utilize childcare. I told the staff this was frustrating I wasn't told I couldn't bring my kids reliably before I paid. They said I have to book days ahead, first thing in the morning, and hope I got some of the childcare spots. It's been 3 days now, I've checked the app several times a day for a few days and still no morning workouts w childcare available (except the late one right before lunch/naps). I've been doing at home workouts, waiting for childcare spots to open so I can return for a few days now. It's hard to lose momentum while waiting, when I was planning on attending daily w my kids. I contacted them the first day, a few hours after paying, and asked for a refund, since I wasn't told upfront that I wouldn't be able to bring my kids regularly (unless I was lucky enough to check three days early and snag a spot!). I've asked corporate and the St George management and spent a few hours trying to get through. No response from anyone. Lost $70 and I'm back to square one, looking for a gym where I can take my kids w me. Heads up if you're a Mama who wants to utilize childcare regularly. Be cautious abt signing up before you know if you can get childcare. I'm just grateful I didn't sign the year contract. Note: I never heard back from management even though I emailed several times and texted too. But my bank granted a chargeback. Glad I didn't lose my money after all.

Feb 26, 2026 I don't…read morego to VASA Fitness for the treadmills. I don't go for the multiple televisions screaming morning news. I go for one thing: the steam room. And it's been down for a week. Again. Last November it was out for nearly a month. Same laminated sign. Same vague timeline. Same "maintenance" fog where accountability should be. Let's be clear: this is the only steam room in Washington County. If there were another option, I'd already be gone. The only reason I maintain this membership is access to that amenity -- the one advertised, promoted, and built into the monthly fee. A membership is a transaction. I pay. You provide what you advertise. Since this location can't seem to keep a core amenity operational, maybe it's time the people at the top hear about it directly. VASA is backed by private equity firm Silver Oak Services Partners, and led by CEO Rich Nelsen. When a company scales across multiple states and markets premium amenities, operational consistency isn't optional -- it's the business model. If the steam room is going to be chronically unreliable, say that plainly. Don't market it as a feature if it's a recurring casualty of "maintenance." Members shouldn't have to escalate basic facility upkeep beyond the front desk. But when a pattern repeats, escalation becomes reasonable. Fix it. Maintain it. Or adjust the membership pricing and advertising to reflect reality. Right now, it feels like we're paying for a promise that keeps evaporating. And steam, at the very least, should show up. Sincerely upset, A.P. Yeager
