This a very nice coffee shop and cafe in Cedar City. I enjoyed a very well made cortado and breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll for $8. My friend had the "Apple Nachos" for $5.75. The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have toasted the ciabatta bread it would have been great. My friend mentioned the apple nachos were great. The sliced green apples were crisp, the granola tasty and crunchy, and the drizzle of honey was perfect. The service was very good. The peeps were friendly and welcoming. This place also doubles as a yoga studio. There plenty of parking right out in front. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Do not sleep on this one--wake your wife/girlfriend up if you're in the vicinity and take her in for a cappuccino, stat! They had lots of seating, including some comfy couches--I LOVE a laidback coffee shop! The decor was very modern with a clean, elegant vibe. Tons of natural light as well. There were lots of drinks to choose from, and they also offered food (but we had already eaten)! The barista was very helpful in describing drinks which helped me narrow down my choices. The shop shares some space with a yoga studio, so the bathrooms are large and spacious, have toiletries for freshening up, and some even have showers! For a small town coffee shop, Bristlecone really blew it out of the waters and amazed me! I'm super happy we stopped in, and can't wait for my next drive up to Brian Head to stop in again!!!
Très chic! This is a coffee shop meets yoga studio, and the vibe is extremely grounded and relaxing. The place is immaculately clean with tons of cozy and varied seating options. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the coffee & food, and there's plentiful and friendly staff. I got the 3-egg scramble, and while it was simple, it was a good sized portion and the pickled onions were a nice touch. I also got a cold brew with cold foam, and it was quite bold and smooth. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here all the time!
Very good service and greeting. Our order was taken promptly and our food was quickly prepared and delivered to our table. It was fresh and flavorful. I wish my croissant was a little more artisanal as it seemed to be the prepackaged variety. I will be back.
I would go here again if I lived closer. I enjoyed both sandwiches we got. They drew cute notes on the cup lids. :)
Smores cold brew is really great. A little pricey but it's good. I'd give it 5 stars if there were a few more food offerings. But 5 stars for just coffee. Service is nice and parking isn't so bad. They have plenty of room to sit and enjoy your drink inside and outside and they have clean restrooms.
Sooo good we went back twice. Small, quaint, relaxing breakfast stop. Great tasting coffee and London fog. Enjoyed the bagel sandwich. Simplicity, tasty and relaxing that you want to hang out for awhile.
When you first walk in, there's loss of seating, and a cozy vibe. We ordered the Emerald drink, lavender lemonade, and iced caramel macchiato which were all yummy(lavender lemonade was my favorite). We also ordered ciabatta w cream cheese & everything bagel with cream cheese, which we're not our favorite. The service was helpful and quick. I highly recommend this spot for drinks!
The coffee was excellent. The vibe inside was very bright, and they had ample seating service was impeccable and friendly. You can do some schoolwork, read a book, write, or do some game boards. There are available tables, couches, and study tables as well. Towards the end of the shop, there is a yoga studio/store for retail as well. Apparently, this is a coffee and yoga place, which is divine in my book. Coffee tasted amazing and they had options for food too but I was not able to try that the location of this place has a lot of parking outside, street parking, and this is very close to the university.
Quick stop for coffee before heading back to Vegas after our lunch at Centro Pizza across the street. This was one of those stops that made us say "So glad we stopped here" The interior is beautifully designed, the ambiance is quiet, peaceful, and upscale coffee shop. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the caramel macchiato was the best caramel macchiato I've had anywhere. If I was a local in Cedar City, UT, I'd probably be here pretty often. Lots of space for remote working or for a quick meetup with friends and family! Check them out!

It's so fun to see what new owners do with the old buildings in Cedar. This place used to be an auto part store with garage, it belonged to my husband's grandpa, Grandpa Miller. Now you can enjoy a nice sitting area while sipping on one of their delicious drinks and trying their different food items. read more

Got breakfast at this place twice while visiting SW Utah. The three eggs scramble is made with tomatoes, spinach, your choice of meat, and these pickled onions. I don't usually like onions but these picked onions were so good with the eggs. The breakfast bagel was delicious! It comes with an egg, spinach, schmear, and your choice of meat! The star of this place for me was the emerald juice (a blend of many green veggies and fruits). I got the juice trying to be healthy and it turned out soooo good. It was reason I came back to the store! If you go to cedar city, defiantly try their emerald juice! Sorry no photos of the bagel cuz I was too busy eating. Staff was very friendly, wearing masks, and their bathroom was clean. read more

This is our go-to place whenever we visit our family in Cedar. Super good coffee, awesome food (breakfast & lunch), and awesome employees. This is a gem in Cedar city. Tons of seating if you need to work or want to hang with friends. They also have a yoga studio that is a Lululemon partner - my wife loves coming and only gets her Lulu clothes here even though we live close to the huge Santa Monica store. The place is cool inside and out. It's in a really cool part of downtown Cedar. There's a farmers market right outside on Saturdays and they get these awesome bagels from New York. You can even get those trendy rainbow bagels on Wednesdays (I think). Trust me, this place is kickass! Shame on those Las Vegas and CA people leaving a 1-star review trying to hurt a local small business during the pandemic. Looking at you Joan and Amanda! I've been there at least 10 times in the last year and they ALL wear masks and have sanitizer all over (attached picture for proof). read more

We popped into this Cafe after visiting the farmers market across the street because I really wanted an iced coffee and the farmers market didn't have anyone selling it. My fiance had the Bourbon Cold Brew and fell immediately in love and said every morning should taste like that cold brew. I took a sip and was amazed. What really sells me on this place is the ice cubes. It appears they make their ice out of coffee so it doesn't water down your iced coffee. Prices aren't any worse than Starbucks and the coffee is 10× better. To me...Starbucks coffee tastes burned. read more

from Las Vegas and was in town visiting, first time visiting here and immediately the customer service was top notch. I ordered the Amelia with toasted marshmallow. Delish! Highly recommend. Our cashier was also very nice, and accommodating. The vibe in here was also very unique and lively. Top tier cafe for sure on my list. read more

We went here several times while in cedar city and had excellent coffee- I get a bone dry cappuccino and was delighted to find they have heavy cream for my keto needs. We decided to stop by for another yoga class and grab a coffee for our early morning drive back to Las Vegas tomorrow- William was so kind and fun!!! and helped us understand cold brew would be our best option for purchasing a coffee the night before you're going to drink it. The woman who was checking us in for yoga was amazing as well- helping us to understand why you cant have espresso sit for too long. We had fun and amazing service from the two of them. Stopped on the way up to Brian Head as well as on the way back. Very inviting and warm ambiance, especially with the winter holiday decorations. Lovely service as well. Drinks were delicious, including one of the best chai tea latte's I've had. Only reason for the 4 stars is the food - both of the bagels were extremely dry which detracted from enjoying the whole thing because every bite was like chewing through cardboard. Otherwise, love the other ingredients in the bagel - the pickled onions really brings all the other flavors together. read more

The space is beautiful and very well curated. My drink was tasty as was my French Toast bagel. My husband ordered the apple nachos which were delicious- highly recommend those. Our service was quite slow- possibly an issue with limited staff? All staff we interacted with were friendly and apologetic for the wait. read more

This was the cutest trendy shop! The food was good and the drinks were so good. They also have a little yoga studio which i definitely want to come back and try! They also have lulu lemon merchandise you can buy. We had bagels and they were good. Service was a little slow but it's a chill place, no need to be in a hurry. read more

This place is just amazing from the delicious food and drinks to the amazing staff and welcoming atmosphere. I stopped here at the start of a long 10-hour driving day through Utah and the protein power balls and Amelia Latte kept me going all day long. The staff was so kind and clearly had a passion for quality customer service, if I had more time I totally would have dropped in a yoga class--definitely will next time! Highly recommend for the coffee and food, will be returning! read more

Damn good cup of coffee!! Friendly staff/baristas and cool atmosphere. Plenty of parking in lot or street so easy to access. Highly recommend! Had a hot latte and a breakfast sandwich and both were excellent. read more

Very nice place and service. They didn't have what my wife wanted but quickly offered up an alternative that was delicious - granola with blackberries on almond milk. I had the Tuscan bagel and it was delicious. The decor is impecable. Loved it. read more

Is it possible for Cedar City to have a modern vibey location for coffee, tea and food? It is and Bristlecone is the place. I primarily came her because the ambience is exactly the type of place I wanted to hang and do some work. Good wifi and good drinks. Can't speak for the yoga but I can speak for the friendly staff and the good vibes. Check it out! read more

Finally tried this place after passing it so many times, and I can't believe I waited this long! First off, the place is sooo cute and has the greatest aesthetic (especially during the summer when it's half inside and half outside with the side garage open). William helped us and was SO funny and SO helpful and SO nice. He recommended that my husband and I try the Oat Milk Latte with half Toasted Marshmallow, half Salted Caramel, and half sweet. Literally the best coffee I've ever had. This will be an addiction for sure. We also split the avocado toast which was AMAZING. Don't get it if you are super hungry, but it was a great little savory treat alongside our coffee. We will be back... again and again and again. Thanks, William! read more
