I had a great time here! We had the spinach dip for an appetizer and it came w/ pita!!! (Plenty of places I've been only give chips with that so yay) the honey pimento chicken sandwich I got was very good. I have a huge sweet tooth so I LOVED the sweet potato soufflé, but it may be too sweet for those that aren't into sweet stuff like that. They did just open, so they are SUPER busy, however I've always been pretty patient. Biggest thing was getting a table, once we actually got to our table, the service was at a very nice pace. For a brand new restaurant who's only been open a few weeks, amazing you wouldn't even know it. We called in a take out order and within 30 mins as promised my husband had our order and was heading home. We got appetizers to try and share. - Fried mozzarella : these were the biggest mozzarella sticks I've ever seen ! But they were delicious. The marinera sauce for dipping was yummy . - Factory Nachos : these were really yummy as well. My husband who's very picky about his nachos rated them a 7/10 - 12 buffalo wings hot : these were my favorite. I love buffalo wings from NY and these were the closest wings I've found here that even compete to those from NY. Even my husband said they were good- we asked for blue cheese instead of ranch but we didn't get either . Overall we will definitely be back to try other meals . We really enjoyed everything we got. Even our toddler ate her chicken tenders with fries. My husband said that there seemed to be a wait for dining in, but that's to be expected since it's still so new . Happy Birthday to me!!! I started my birthday celebration a day EARLY on July 11(real bday July 12), with some of my family at Brio Trio in Easley. Brio Trio is located in the old Copper River building. The building has been updated and gently remodeled, and yes they kept the fire place! They do not take reservations, but you can be added to a waitlist. On Saturday evening at 5:00 pm there was a huge crowd. My niece arrived at 4:15, and put us on a wait list. Our wait time was longer because there were a lot of us in our group. As with most new places in Easley, until the newness wears off there will be a wait time. Our wait time was over an hour. Our table was large and comfortable with enough elbow room for twelve adults, a four yr old and two high chairs. Once we were seated our friendly server Noah came and took our drink and appetizer orders. The menu choices are large and there is something for just about everyone to choose from. The menu caters to a different variety of tastes, seafood, triple decker club sandwiches, pasta dishes, steak, chicken fingers, grilled chicken, salads, burgers, wraps, pizza, fries, soups and sides, there is also a nice salad bar (for $6.50 upgrade to add to any meal)with a selection of different dressings to top your salad. I had lemonade to drink and ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and the salad bar. The chicken parmigiana was only ok to me, the chicken breast was a little on the dry side, and the side of spaghetti didn't have much marinara sauce on it. We did get a couple of sides of marinara sauce to add to the spaghetti. Everyone got some thing different at our table, fried grouper sandwich(my brother said it was delicious) grilled chicken breasts(my nephew enjoyed it). They do have some awesome fries, those things are off the chain GOOD!! My meal of choice was greatly appreciated(my niece paid for my dinner) and it was not a deal breaker for me. I do plan on going again to try something different from the menu. If you haven't tried Brio Trio, stop by and give them a try, I'm sure you will find something that you will like. As we were leaving the hostess did ask my niece if everything was ok and apologized for the long wait. Been twice and I'll never return. First time I sat at the bar and the service was good but the calamari and ceaser salad were not great. This last time ended it all for me. Staff need to be trained more with alcohol at the bar or the menu needs to depict what is actually available. As far the food...if you're an Italian restaurant salt your pasta water and don't overcook it! The chicken Marsala was terrible. Our server never came to ask us how we liked our food or if we needed anything. I would've another drink, and then to top it off I was done with my food but my husband was still eating his and our server came and dropped the check. We went again And I had the lasagna again. It was too good not to repeat. I had the salad bar. Everything was super fresh And there were huge bottles of homemade dressings. Quite a number of them. Food was ok. I've had been alfredo sauce. This sauce definitely tasted like it came from a can or a bag. Which is unfortunate bc I was really looking forward to it. House salad, Philly cheesesteak, fries, and breadsticks were all good!! Service was spotty, but they were super busy due to opening recently. We had to wait about 30/35 mins. I would suggest making a reservation for the first few months of their operation. Drinks were affordable and good. My first impression: a little disappointed but I would come back again to get something else / see how the business is progressing. read more

The pasta are HUGE (splittable) and Very flavorful. Always busy. Would have given 5 stars but shorted bread sticks on last order. The Italian Orange Pie is the BOMB! Steak Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, ziti's, Ahh Hell, everything exceptional. Come hungry, split meals or request a box. The Italian Orange Pie with espresso and sambuca is to die for. Haven't tried appetizers yet. Saving those for the cousins in October. read more

Amazing food! I can be picky when it comes to Italy and this was spectacular. Authentic fans robust flavor and generous portions. Just happened to be passing through and spotted this gem. 10/10 would recommend. FYI- Word has got around and this place is busy', but worth the wait! read more

First time eating there, waited for it to calm down as a new restaurant. Seated right away, not asked our preference for a booth or table. Our server was very nice, however, we are not used to getting appetizers without small plates, so we had to use napkins for the fried Mac n cheese balls with marinara. One of us ordered a pizza and was given no plate, so it was eaten off the aluminum pan it was baked on. After we were close to done, a couple seated near us had pizza, and their server gave them plates. One of us ordered the hamburger steak, and thought it was better at Jimmy's and the bros Clock. Although the spaghetti seemed like a pound, it was like Rao's sauce. On the way out, there were so many servers, they were oblivious to us and stood in our way chatting, bumped into us, and held conversations while we stood waiting to leave. We will stay away for a while for the kinks to work out. read more
