Chicken Milanese

The standards at Brio have fallen exponentially. Burnt inedible chicken. Will NOT be returning.

Ravioli Di Bello

Was just alright. We have a reservation but took 10 min to get seated and were stuffed in a booth with bright lighting. Rigatoni is normally my go-to but these noodles were weird. They forgot the mozzarella on the chicken caprese and our calamari was mostly just crispy scraps :/. Ravioli was a hit though!

Pasta alla Vodka

Overall I had a pleasant experience here and the food was very good. I arrived just before the dinner rush I suppose because when I went to leave the place only had one group sitting at a table but people were waiting 15min+ to be helped at the door to be seated. I'm not entirely sure what that was about but I couldn't help but feel bad for them because the gentleman that I think was the manager would look directly at them but go on about his business walking around as to not even be near the front. However this rating is based off MY experience at the time. I took a star away because when I arrived it was pretty slow and empty yet the bathroom was not stocked with any paper towels etc. to dry my hands which I found a little ridiculous considering that should have been checked well before opening and any crowds show up.

This was our view during our entire visit. Filthy. The manager walked past this at least ten times.

Ask for Dominique. She makes really tasty cocktails and mock tails. Also made sure my food came out just the way I liked.

Walked in and waited 15min before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Never even came back to take my order and I left.

waited over an hour for our food and we even ordered right away. Our waitress was too busy collecting tips before she served us.

It is definitely on the formal side. The food is top notch and some of our favorite items are the bruschettas and salads. Very nice spot for a date night or special occasion or out of town guests. I appreciate greatly from them that you can select in your reservation which zone of the restaurant you want to sit in. Service has been very good when we've been there most recently Corinne I believe her name was was very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job managing many tables some with difficult customers. One note, NOT a negative to me but may be noteworthy for some: I don't think Gigi's is a spot for kids or large family events with kids, unless they have a private dining space I'm unaware of. Space between tables is tight and the space overall is not huge but they make great use of the space. The staff are extremely efficient and there are many of them moving with trays at any given time, it's absolutely not a spot to walk around with a toddler if they get bored at the table. The chairs for example are also small so don't expect a giant family size booth here. Again these are positives to me but just notes!

This time, I brought my family along for lunch, and it did not disappoint! We took advantage of their happy hour specials, which included half-off pizzas, select appetizers, and drinks. We started with the Street Corn Nachos and added grilled chicken. They were absolutely incredible--easily some of the best nachos we've ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the whipped feta, which was simply divine and a must-try. For our entrées, one person ordered the pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed it. I had the sausage pasta, which was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly light while still being incredibly satisfying. The third entrée was the Thai noodles , and it was another hit. Everyone commented on how fresh and well-prepared their meal was. The service, as always, was impeccable. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. What really stands out about this restaurant is the teamwork. Everyone pitches in, whether it's bringing out food, clearing plates, or noticing your water glass is getting low. It doesn't matter if they're your server or not--they make sure you're taken care of, and that level of hospitality really makes a difference. The restaurant is also spotless, and I love that the open kitchen allows you to watch the team preparing the food. It adds to the overall experience and shows how much care goes into every dish. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or happy hour, this place consistently delivers. Great food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a beautiful space make this one of my favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area. If you're visiting the Pinecrest area, do yourself a favor and make this a stop--you won't regret it!
