I especially loved the Fluke served in a fennel butter sauce with fried capers. I had three pieces of Nigiri as an add-on. Salmon, Striped Jack and Waygu. Incredible taste on all the pieces. The fluke was perfectly cooked, a little crispness, soft and flaky and the butter sauce and capers went so well with the fish. For dessert we had black sesame cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and sweet potato underneath. It sounds odd, but I really enjoyed it because of the subtle flavors that blended so well and it wasn't super sweet. The service from Navi was excellent from beginning to end.
