Friend put me on to this. I was full. I was happy. I was sad when it was all gone. I had the Shrimp Tempura Roll and the YumYum Roll i think its called. Their crab is real by the way its not imitated like some places have it done. All fresh! I cant wait to come back here. BITEscale: service 10/10 (all i did was takeout but they were very nice) Shrimp Tempura Roll : 9/10 (if ive had more knowledge about different sushi id have a better scale but to be honest between the crunch the fresh flavor and even the presentation it was amazing) YumYumRoll : 10/10 (if you really eat then you must know what YUMYUM sauce is! And yes its drizzled all over this roll. Another amazing roll). Come here if your in the mood for some of the best sushi in UpstateNy. Located in Oneida out of all places its weird they are located in such an area with little high rated places to eat. A little pricey but it wont break your bank. I think i paid 25 bucks for these two rolls and it is filling. So if your trying to really save be prepared. Gosh its so worth it though. Altogether 9.5/10 to Furgis.

We tried the salmon, chicken and steak hibachi. The portion sizes were generous and helped to fill everyone up.

I just finished my meal after ordering take-out. I had such a pleasant experience, from ordering…read moreover the phone (Matt P is a gem) to picking it up, just great. We ordered the karrage, crispy rice w/ spicy tuna, wagyu maki, yubi, HanHan, and the miso cod roll. Everything was fantastic. The karrage is a must get and we will order it again the next time we go. It's crispy and rather light for being fried. The same goes for the Crispy Rice w/ spicy tuna. These are two great appetizers. As for the rolls, everything was great. The fish tasted fresh and flavorful. I have nothing but good things to say about any of the rolls that we ordered. I can't wait to go back for their omekase experience. Overall, very happy with today's lunch. I would recommend it, especially if in Skan. It's away from the main road and has its own parking (big plus). The interior, while small, it's pretty nice. I would definitely want a seat at the sushi bar when I return. Again, great experience and I'd recommend visiting.

My husband got a Sapporo Black and I had the house iced tea.... beautifully flavored with mint and yuzu.We started with shrimp toast, not the traditional deep fried kind....but a lovely, lightly toasted piece of bread with chopped shrimp, whole grain Dijon mustard, sundried tomato and capers. It was a small but delicious bite. The next course we had Asian Caesar salad - grilled romaine with sesame dressing and toasted panko. It was crispy with a smokey flavor that was very good with the sesame dressing...the panko giving that extra little crunch. I especially loved the Fluke served in a fennel butter sauce with fried capers. I had three pieces of Nigiri as an add-on. Salmon, Striped Jack and Waygu. Incredible taste on all the pieces. The fluke was perfectly cooked, a little crispness, soft and flaky and the butter sauce and capers went so well with the fish. For dessert we had black sesame cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and sweet potato underneath. It sounds odd, but I really enjoyed it because of the subtle flavors that blended so well and it wasn't super sweet. The service from Navi was excellent from beginning to end. From taking our order to refilling water, checking if everything was good and answering my questions about different items. I'm looking forward to my next visit to try some items off the menu.
