I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

You make an appointment and you are greeting by the clerk who will help you find the perfect gown. There are some clearance gowns and sales at the shop and we checked them out first. I guess since I was the only one there. The sales lady helped me the entire time with putting on my dress and taking it off, hanging it up, getting me another one,,,,etc. I was very pleased with the attention and service. She seemed to know what I wanted and listened to exactly what my price range was too. She never rushed us as everyone had their own opinions and some dresses were tried on again. The store used to be a bike store and several other venues but I hope this one is able to find its niche there. The gowns were gorgeous, reasonable priced and the staff was very helpful.
