Then I tried to pick up my items on Thursday June 8th at 5:47pm but they were already closed. Hours say from 6:30 am-6pm. So I came back again today (Friday) to retrieve my items. Paid off the rest of my (overpriced) balance and this is the end result of their work. Scuff marks, dried up crust, dirt in crevices. This is not $325 work If you're going to charge premium prices, make sure the quality of your work backs it up. Really wished I paid with a card because I would have DISPUTED this with my bank. Fast forward 4 weeks later and still no call. He stopped by there today and was told it'll be ready in 5 minutes. The woman quotes a price of $25 off the top of her head. Mind you, the work on the belt was good but $25 to simply shorten a belt AND they never even called to tell him it was ready. Now we know why they didn't call because it wasn't ready. She did the work when he came to pick it up. Good customer service isn't just about doing the actual work, it's also how you treat your customers.

LV at fashion square confirmed it had been dyed with products not intended for that leather. Store owner could not even offer an apology or money back. Purposely does not take card payments to keep people from disputing charges for botched work. Tom has long retired and sold the shop, the man operating it has absolutely no idea what he's doing and it shows.
