We've been coming to Brigid's for years and we've always loved the atmosphere. However the last time we visited there were kids running all over the bar area and making a ton of noise. Obviously it's a bar open to all, but it was a real turn off to have kids screaming and running next to our table. Best place for a cold beer in Edmonds. I've been a merman in this quiet town since the dawn of time and since this place opened, I have found no better environment to quench my extreme thirst for incredible bubbly liquids than this magical land place. With an exquisite variety of beer that you can select on tap, bottled, (and small selection of bottled wine if that's your fancy) this place is an awesome quick stop shop or stick around town and sit on the back deck kind of place. Get a great tan out there (and let my fins out of course) and play some games. All the employees that work here are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any needs. Feel free to bring your dogs (or fish) in and whatever food from around town as well! I personally drop by Spuds around the corner first, then flipity flop my way over to Brigid's to enjoy. Awesome beer, both on tab and in the fridge. Great atmosphere with both traditional bar seating and a laid back couch with board games. Also plenty of space out on the deck to relax during nice weather. Great service and an owner that really knows his beer and will make sure you're drinking something you'll like. Beautiful space. Didn't get a chance to meet the staff as they were busy helping elsewhere. However, the selection is no better than QFCs or Albertsons (especially as everyone is getting into the craft beer game). If you are not sure what you want the staff were very knowlegdable about the inventory and guid you to what you will enjoy. The space is great. Checked this place out for the first time on a Friday after work. Busy but still plenty of seating. We sat outside in Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the sunshine. There were about 12 beers on tap but only two IPAs. They had four ciders on tap which is nice for the GF peeps. There were also about 4 coolers with beer you could purchase and then have them open and pour for you for a $2 fee. Decent selection. Will return and hopefully find some new beers. read more

This is our favorite tap room in Seattle. Luckily we live in Edmonds and can drink here regularly. Their tap list is the best in town. Amazing IPA's and always a couple sours sets Brigids above all the others. They also have a great selection of take home bottles, a sweet outdoor area and great restaurants near by that you can order from and eat inside the bar. read more

They have a good selection of rotating taps, but they could use a little more selections for the bottles - another case or two would be great, that way I wouldn't have to drive down to Chuck's. The have a great outdoor deck that is one of my favorite spots when the weather's warm and sunny. I'm not sure why they don't have live bands during the warmer weather! read more

Good, but expensive. My first choice tap ran out before I could order it, so I got a bottle out of the case and was charged a $2 cork fee. Made for an expensive drink. My growler fills typically cost me about $30, at Brigid's I paid almost $50. My friends and I had a good time on the patio with other Edmonds locals, and there were many friendly dogs both inside and out running around. I'll be back, but will stick to the on-tap options for drinks and fill my growler elsewhere. read more

Jack is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and approachable with any questions or requests. The space and location is awesome. Edmonds has been in need of a spot like this badly. There is a wide variety of tough to find craft beers in the coolers/shelves as well as a rotating tap that's updated on the website. I was really excited to hear that a new bottleshop would be opening close to home! This is a lovely space with a killer beer line-up. There were a ton of IPA's on draft as we stopped in a few nights after IPA day, so that was pretty awesome. They have a nice amount of lines though. Few enough that the beer will pour through before it has a chance to get old and plenty enough that there will be something for everyone. If what's pouring doesn't tickle your fancy, they have a very nice selections shaping up in their beer coolers. Can't wait to go back! read more

The variety of beers at this place is amazing and the customer service is unbeatable. If you are looking for a laid back bar that is also dog friendly, this is your place! It's hard to find good places that will allow you to bring your furry friends but fortunately this place does. Discovered this place by accident. My friend was using Untappd and somehow this place showed up after she reviewed a beer. Decided to check it out. Pros: - Decent enough place. Not upscale, not a dive, good place to drop in and have a few beers. - Prices are pretty average. Anywhere from $5 to $8 a pint depending on the style. - Selection is fair. 18 taps. Not amazing, but good. I like having at least 30. I also appreciate they don't focus on IPA like so many places do. Neither of us are hop heads. - Service was perfectly fine. - Bottles for sale and growlers can be filled. - Several indoor tables, a couch, and patio seating. - Good size samples. Cons: - More taps would be nice. While 18 is good, I like having more because I can usually only find 1 or 2 I like, and I don't want to drink the same thing all the time. - Dog friendly. Did not like that. Several non service dogs came in. This is not Pet Smart or Pet Co. Neither of us hate dogs, but they do not have a place in a tap room. Might as well let little kids in there too and kill the mood. - Limited selection of bottled beer. There were only a few coolers. Perhaps the owner will add more in the future. It's too far for us to visit regularly since we are coming from the east side. If we happen to be in the area again, I would go back. I was happy with the service and prices. read more

Edmonds was really needing a place like Brigid's in the neighborhood for quite a while. A great place on a hot summer day to sit on the patio and drink beers and bring the dog. I don't live in the area anymore but take the train down often. It's right by the Edmonds train station so I always try to make a pit stop when visiting Edmonds. read more

Can I give this place 6 stars? Jack the owner operator has taken great care to ensure an incredible curation of beers. With 18 on tap and a dazzling array of bottles it completely puts the beer scene on lock in Edmonds. This is not your typical bottle shop. The atmosphere is incredible, location is prime and service is top notch. This place will not stay a hidden gem for long so you better get there fast. My husband and I frequent this place after a visit to the dog park. We love the selection of beers on tap, as well as bottles to take home. The staff are very knowledgeable and more than happy to give suggestions. While they don't serve food themselves, they do have a stack of menus you can order off of from local business, including the restaurant next door. If your pup is thirsty, there are bowls to borrow. There are also board games to keep your group entertained while enjoying the libations. Highly recommend for the beer lovers in the area. read more
