Alpa Pools is amazing!…read more They remodeled my entire back yard including a cooking area with refrigerator, a fire pit, all new decking with a turf perimeter and a new 36,000 gallon pool! We had them contacted to do our pool care. They kept the pool clean and equipment working beautifully. When we asked about our old pool falling apart they gave us options... repair, or replace! I designed a pool and had a designer turn it into a car cam design and I ran the project myself including getting permits and contracting the shotcrete! It is magical and has made our backyard into a paradise!

First, I would like to say I was not asked or paid to post this review. The owner of the company…read moreand I are not friends; we have a business relationship only. There are so many reviews out there where friends are posting reviews of businesses to make the business look better, but this is an honest and professional review about B Picky Pools. I've never had better care for my pool. Brandon is conscientious about his work and genuinely cares about his clients. He is a perfectionist and knows what to do with any issues your pool may have. He keeps the chemicals at the proper level and communicates well if parts are needed or anything is not right. I've been using B Picky Pools for a couple of years after firing my last two incompetent companies. I've never had any problems, nor have I ever had a green or cloudy pool. Brandon keeps my pool sparkling year round. I really like him too, he's trustworthy and has a good personality. If I ever have a question orconcern he responds to me immediately. I gave him the key to my gate and he shows up every Tuesday as scheduled. Some pool companies are very unreliable, they change days or they just don't show up at all thinking you won't notice, but not Brandon. This is his company and it's grown since I met him because he cares very much about his clients and the quality of his work. I refer him to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for all of your hard work Brandon, even in the heat of the miserable Arizona summers when the temps are at 115 and higher. You're the best!!

This company provided weekly pool maintenance at the home I shared with my then-partner. My concern…read moreis with professional boundaries and the owners' response when I raised it. I personally saw sexually explicit messages and nude photos sent by the female co-owner Summer to my then-partner, along with discussions about meeting up. When I brought this to her husband, who also serviced our pool weekly, he characterized her behavior as friendliness and declined to get involved. I recognize that my former partner was responsible for his own choices. However, I also expect professional boundaries from business owners providing services to our household. I would not hire this company.

Waters Edge Aquatic Services! Tammy, our technician, comes once per week to keep our pool looking clean. I have yet to meet her face-to-face, but I called Tom, the owner of the company to introduce myself, and he couldn't have been nicer. Having never lived in a home with a pool, I don't have a clue what goes into the maintenance and cleaning, but I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Waters Edge is taking care of that for us... they've been in the business for over 23 years and they offer not only maintenance but repairs as well. Several years ago, I thought I had a pool leak, and hired a leak detective to come out. He didn't detect a leak, but he gave me great advice on the need to change the position of my hose line to reach more of the pool, and recommended one of the Elliotts. I originally hired them to come and repipe the pool and change the line- they did such a fantastic job, I hired for my regular service which was a different son. That son closed up shop over a year ago, and his dad, Marty, who taught he and his brother everything they knew, took over my account. Marty is wonderful. He or a member of his team service my pool every week. I have trouble with mustard algae because of my palm trees, but over the winter they've been treating it more aggressively, and my pool has literally never looked better. I pay $135/month which feels fair- they take care of my chlorine and charge extra if they have to replace a part (or for the mustard algae treatments). I am very grateful to have been referred to Elliott Pool Service years ago and hope I have them for the long run!
