This is the reason people are afraid of therapy - because instead of having a human conversation with a therapist, I was met with a robot who told me to eat candy and watch YouTube. I ended up finding a therapist that treated me as a human. It was much better than this experience, which I wasn't even going to take the time to review, until I noticed they billed me and my insurance for a free consultation. Nice.
