I could tell everyone in the lobby became in easy, however the receptionist handled it perfectly, and simply stated that she apologized for the inconvenience and that they were a tad behind. The man begins to over talk her and state that he's got places to be and that this is unacceptable. The lady kindly responds with I understand you are more than welcome to reschedule. The man who of course is furious, completely twisted her words and said to management that she said he and his family can deal with it and just leave. Too many individuals get disrespected in customer service and lied on, and when I can I like to insure that management knows what really happened.

My son's daycare was able to attend a teddy bear clinic here and it was so thought out and organized ! The kids were able to go through 3 stations 1. Inpatient - where they told the doctor everything that was wrong with their teddy bear ! The kids had a form and the adults filled it out! Very cute all the things the kids said 2. Next was the doctors office station where they got to see and use the doctors tools , learn what each tool did , and then test the tool out on the doctor ( stethoscope , and the tool to test reflexes) 3. X-rays- they were able to go to the x ray room and at the end receive an "x ray" of their teddy bear they could color! So cute very organized and a great way to teach young kids about the medical field

The Nurses take forever to come and assist the patients in the rooms when the Red Alert Button has been pushed. The patients with dementia are not able to advocate for themselves unfortunately. Therefore, the patients do not get taken to use the restroom often, so they wet themselves. The wheelchair bound patients end up getting sores on their behinds because they are not moved often/ ignored. Many elderly patients fall down while staying here due to poor negligence. Case Managers do not respond back to phone calls in a timely fashion. You have to keep calling and hunting them down. Medications are not given properly to patients. Encompass will try to push patients out of their facility promptly even if patients are not capable (still have 10/10 pain, cannot walk/ move at all or without assistance, etc). Our family has been very dissatisfied and disgusted with the lack of care and service from this facility.

At my previous visit, I waited more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time. For September 30, I received several calls and an email regarding an ultrasound appointment, so I arrived expecting an ultrasound. Instead, I was told the appointment was to discuss ultrasound results, even though the ultrasound had never been performed. I was then given a different explanation that the appointment was a follow-up for my vaginal estrogen cream. I repeatedly tried calling beforehand, but my calls kept going to the answering service. I also couldn't access the patient portal and later discovered that my last name had been entered incorrectly in their system. When I tried to clarify these issues, I found the medical assistant's attitude rude and dismissive rather than helpful. Mistakes can happen, but patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment. Dr. Solafa is a good doctor, but the scheduling, communication, record accuracy, wait times, and staff behavior need significant improvement.
