From the first phone contact with a very kind receptionist to the very end, we experienced nothing but compassion and empathy. The entire process was calm and quiet, as I held him in my lap, on his chair and on his blanket. Everything about Dr. Megan was respectful and empathetic. She made a paw print of Max and asked if we would like some little bits of his hair to share with our kids. She even knew that we needed a hug! About a week after, we received a lovely sympathy care from Dr. Megan. How I wish I would have had this option with my previous two dogs!
