They wouldn't show up to times they were scheduled (from nurses to baths to social workers). Very unreliable and on top of that VERY rude from delivery service implying they were asking for the wrong things (which was funny cuz they were just sent whatever the Dr orders) to making problems that their poor service and coordination caused seem like they were my mom's fault. One nurse even threatened to take their equipment and leave him to suffer because they heard is discussing changing providers (which we did - Agrace is 100000% better). Nothing like making someone who's dying and their love of 50+ yrs feel awful in an already brutal time.

We felt supported that we were making the best decision given our cat's decline in quality of life and had done everything that could be done for her comfort. He gave us plenty of time and space to say good-bye, and prepared a clay paw print for us to keep in her remembrance. I appreciate so much the compassion that was shown and the dignity with which our cat was treated. I absolutely would use their services again when we reach end of life for our remaining pet.

Dr. Megan came to our home, greeted deaf and blind Max, and kindly explained the procedure. She even encouraged our other dog to be there. The entire process was calm and quiet, as I held him in my lap, on his chair and on his blanket. Everything about Dr. Megan was respectful and empathetic. She made a paw print of Max and asked if we would like some little bits of his hair to share with our kids. She even knew that we needed a hug! About a week after, we received a lovely sympathy care from Dr. Megan. How I wish I would have had this option with my previous two dogs!

My spouse was a memory care resident for the last 18 months. Before I could get him transferred to…read moreanother facility, in a recent 7 week period, he was in the ER 5 times -- a head injury requiring many stitches, bruises/cuts to various parts of his body and a displaced fracture to his collar bone where surgery could not be performed due to his dementia. The ER doctor told me he was not getting the care he required. Also the ER notes stated he was "unclean". The staff is uninvolved and not adequately supervised. I am informed by them that my spouse does not want to be bathed or have his clothes changed. So, he will go 5 days in filthy, stained clothes with unwashed face and hair before a few pieces of his clothes are changed. His hair is now filled with dandruff as it is washed so infrequently. There will be existing urine stains on his bed sheets for up to 5 days before they are changed. I could go on and on. Please do NOT place a loved one in this facility as they will not get the care they need and deserve.
