We went to check it out before the family outdoor movie the town hosts across the street. The owner, Amy is very welcoming, passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. I went with my godchildren and they enjoyed exploring the store and the kids room to learn more about bees. The store itself is very inviting and she isn't pushy about buying her products. She has a lot of unique stuff handmade from bees including lip balm, Christmas decorations, soaps, etc. My god children enjoyed getting the free honey sticks of different flavors which is definitely a healthier alternative to refined sugar in candy sticks you see at other museums and candy shops. Amy also does school workshops and can be a great educational presenter to invite if you are a teacher or want her to visit your children's school. She also hosts small groups onsite as well.

And with a little bit of research you'll see some of the things that can help with home cures. Things like fruits, vegetables, etc. A couple of weeks ago I had a bronchial problem, I wasn't in pain, didn't need an ambulance, none of that, but I wanted to correct it. And I did see my doctor. So I looked up some home, folk remedies to try out while waiting to see my doctor. And during my search I kept seeing "HONEY". Not the stuff that is factory processed, the stuff that is RAW from the Bee, Pure!!! So I went to the store and found Barkman's Naked-Wild honey. It was raw, unfiltered. Well in approx. 48 hours my problem was conquered!!! I was impressed. :) Natural raw honey contains Anti0xidants, protects cell damage. It has Antibacterial, Anti Fungal properties, kills infections. It's been known to heal wounds, also kills germs, prevents infections. It also has Phytonutrients elements, which helps enhance your immune system, anti cancer. It helps with digestive issues. It also helps with sore throats, cold ailments due to the Dextromethorphan in it. So in my opinion, if you're working on your health improvement, keep a bottle of RAW_Naked_Wild_Honey in the cupboard.
