Had been told by another door company that maybe my opener motor was undersized and may need to increase to a larger HP motor. Turns out that would have been a costly and incorrect decision. Based on their great reviews, I contacted Pacific Overhead Door. It was easy to set an appointment to have a serviceman to come out when it fit my schedule. On the appointed day, Rusty showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and went to work making the sensor adjustments and resetting a keypad I'd asked him to. His service charge fee was very reasonable.
