I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dental office.
I underwent multiple root canals here and was left with severe pain shortly after temporary restorations were placed. When I called for help, I was told to come in. I clearly explained that I had a limited lunch break from work. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait over an hour with no doctor available, forcing me to leave and return to my job.
The front desk staff was dismissive and rude, and I was told I should be "thankful" just for getting an appointment. I later returned calmly and respectfully to continue treatment and even apologized to avoid any misunderstanding.
Despite this, when I later called to schedule a routine appointment, I was informed--without any written notice--that I was dismissed from the practice simply because I expressed concern about scheduling and fairness.
No written dismissal, no explanation, and no discussion of continuity of care were provided. I was also told I must come in person and sign documents just to obtain my own medical records.
Patients should not be punished or dismissed for calmly raising concerns, especially during ongoing treatment involving pain and temporary dental work. I would strongly caution others about the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and how concerns are handled at this office. read more
