Dr. Jonathan is always more than willing to schedule in patients who have emergencies, and is exceptionally patient when it comes to helping even the youngest of kids (who are almost always pretty scared to see the dentist). Many of the staff members there have been around for a long time and are familiar faces who are helpful and determined to assist in providing great dental services. Seeing so many negative reviews here is unsettling and I recommend reading them with caution. I unfortunately witnessed a number of scenarios as the ones described that were definitely not the fault of the staff, as they just reinforce safety regulations/office procedures which often lead to anger, outburst, and retaliation. Some offices aren't for every patient and finding one for you is definitely important. The staff here are open to helping families and kids from a variety of different cultural backgrounds. I truly enjoyed being a patient there myself since I was a little girl. There are tons of other people my age who can confidently share the same story!

Children crack teeth all the time, they have accidents, etc and we can't believe a pediatric dentistry would react this way to what ended up being serious damage that required an immediate extraction.
