I wanted Lasiks surgery before he felt it was right for my particular eye problems. When he felt they had perfected the procedure, he worked with me and the lasiks surgeon to have the surgery. I could not be more pleased, and appreciate that he made me wait til the time was right. (Not all eye doctors would do that) His staff is phenomenal, and some have been with him as long as we have been going. Our children have grown up with Dr.Varrichio taking care of their eyes, and now our grandchildren will do the same. The main downside was the wait time. I was told it was due to the appointment before us running long, but it ended up being about an hour and fifteen minutes before she was seen for her exam. They came here for eye exams, and to pick out new glasses. I came along for the ride to help them pick out frames. They were taken quickly and easily in the back for eye exams. The guy in the front was very pleasant and helped provide feedback to my mom as far as which frames looked the best, especially for sunglasses. They did have a decent selection- seemed like their selection did get smaller, but that's just the frames that were on display on the front rack. What matters is both my mom and dad found pairs of glasses that they liked, and they were also a decent price too. They said that glasses will be ready within a week, and within 2 days, they were ready to be picked up! Overall staff was very pleasant! highly recommend if your insurance covers it!
