This place is family owned and they make you feel like a family member. Each time I go, I really enjoy the atmosphere, the cleanliness, great aroma, and conversations with the staff members which makes the atmosphere feel comfortable like you're visiting a barber shop or beauty shop that you frequent often. The staff members are all incredible. Each member always greet you, making you feel welcomed and they are very helpful. I went to sand flat water on FM 14 to put my credit card on file and they refused to take off the fee for auto debit return. I had no idea SSI would remove all money from my dads account. I hope you can sleep good a night to the lady working in July 2015 that said "sorry I can't waive it" and the board members who approved this silly procedure. I can only hope you don't have to deal with a utility during a family death but if so and you get charged you should just pay it because I see the justification. Update I noticed i had a credit of $50 when asked they researched and discovered that when they attempted to draft funds out of my late fathers account they never disposition those funds but after I told them the credit didn't look right they reversed the credit and placed a debit on my bill then cut it off the water stating it was past due. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. We will continue to use them for all of our drinking water needs!

The service and assistance John provided were unbelievable. He not only removed the blown tire, he transported us to the tire shop in Rowlett. A closer tire shop stated they would be closed before we could arrive. However, John provided the name of another tire shop in Rowlett that would possible help even though it was close to closing time. The tire shop in Rowlett, NTB, stayed open after 8 p.m., to also help. John transported us back to our vehicle, changed the tire, and refused to accept any money! John explained that he did not stop to make money, but to help. He stated he knew it would be almost impossible to find a business open to help and we would in all likelihood be stuck on the interstate on Thanksgiving day.
