They even explained how it broke and what they did to address the issue. Also, another time when getting an oil change/inspection, I asked if they could check for a knocking noise every time I hit bumpy surfaces. They did a thorough inspection and even assisted in securing some inner wheel housing panels that had missing retainer clips by installing some. They also have to order all my parts shipped from Germany which they just did recently on a 4-way hose for my car. Paul's took care of me and changed my oil and filter and I brought my own oil and filter. They also noticed I had a leak in one of my intake hoses and that was causing my engine light to come on. They told me they would tape it up and to drive for 50 miles and come back and my engine light went off! They also did an inspection on my car. They do everything here and I will be bringing all my business to them from now on.
