Atmos energy came out to test the line and with his testing equipment showed a gas leak the technician said the gas line was loose. I might add that when I was at seventh grade my family's house burnt to the ground because of the exact same thing a loose gas pipe to the stove. OK, there was some arguing on the phone, but it wasn't from me and when I got on the phone, I asked the office manager a few questions and she kept telling me about her policy. Only once has the water actually showed up on the scheduled delivery date. Additionally, some of the bottles I received had cracks causing the water to leak everywhere. Took over a week for the company to come and replace them. Overall not recommended. Use only if it is the only option.
