Even with it being my fault, in customer service, that's not the right thing to do at all. Not in this economy! I also posted about my disappointment on my IG story and they saw my story and had an opportunity to make things right but they still chose not to! It was the perfect amount of sweet and very flavorful. I love that I can always taste the coffee when I get a specialty beverage here.
