Bright N Fresh is IT! One, this is one of few reviews I have on Yelp because I am rarely inclined to leave feedback unless I am truly amazed, but this company really lived up to their word. First off, they were very prompt in their communication. I sent out a general inquiry for a cleaning service late on Friday and by the next morning I had a response that included the quote based on what I submitted. They asked for the required info and gave the upcoming availability. I needed them for Sunday and though I booked the day before, they were flexible. Sharon handled communication and was friendly and responsive. I've never had a cleaning service in my life, but just had too much going on and needed to use my time more effectively. They sent Sandra in and she did AMAZINGLY. I had a flat rate, just over $100 with no time limit, just getting the job done. I live in a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment and the place was spotless. She moved through quietly and politely and always asked if she wasn't certain if something was trash. She was able to get everything done in about 2.5 hours and I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested and request Sandra for prime service. Sharon checked in about 1.5 hours in to make sure things were moving along and I was satisfied thus far. The importance of measures and regulations during this pandemic is also key to note. On their site they clearly state how they are navigating through Covid-19 to make sure they are purposefully and intentionally proceeding with caution. I cannot say enough how impressed I am. This was a one time investment, that I am now considering again in another few months. They have recurring services too. I live by myself, but if you have a large family, a busy lifestyle or just want to take it easy for once, it is so worth it. I hope they continue to flourish! Lorena is my FAVORITE! I love her, shows up on time- priced fairly, cleans EVERYTHING. Wipes down window sills, I have a golden retriever puppy who sheds everywhere she swiffers the floor vacuums floor and then washes, cleans the lamps the counters everything everything. Switched over after handy failed to show up three times in a row, would SO MUCH rather give my business to them. And I get a text following up with me after the cleaning every time. 10/10 can't recommend enough and now I am doing the monthly clean. read more

My service for a bedroom/two bath typically takes about 3 hours. The housekeeper I have had is friendly and on time. They come with their own supplies and tools and do a good job cleaning. Not only Bright n Fresh left my place sparkling clean! Not only were they courteous and took note of my special cleaning requests (Since I have a small Maltese dog that sheds during summer), they went above and beyond in meeting my expectations of what clean should be. They've used the latest nonhazardous cleaning products that left my place smelling and looking fresh. But the best thing about this company was the ease of being able to get a quote, a prompted response (less than 10 minutes) and booking my appointment all done online. Needed a deep house cleaning last minute and this company pulled through in every way possible. They promptly set up the cleaning on a Friday evening with only 2 hours notice, were extremely professional with the whole process from setting up appointment to checking back just before their cleaning team left to make sure we were happy, AND their cleaning team did a super thorough job!!! I was looking for a company to do weekly cleaning at my house and found Bright N Fresh. I spoke with Sharon over the phone, and she was very friendly and very understanding of all the task that I wanted to get done. Soon the cleaning team arrived and we did a walk through of the house . They were very understanding and clear about everything, and they were very gentle with my stuff! Which was great because I have many fragile stuff, and also the baby's stuff. I was impressed of how clean the house was left and everything was perfectly organized. The staff for this company are so friendly and make you feel as if they are part of the family. They are gentle with your stuff and great organizers. I've tried other services before, but haven't been as satisfied. I would really recommend this company.
