Someone I know moved to Utah recently, so it's the first time I've sent flowers to someone there. I always try to order through a local florist because they're usually better than the nationwide florist sites. The Gibby site had a lot of options, and I placed an online order for exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I received my order confirmation, but then I received an email with a photo of the finished arrangement indicating it was ready for delivery. It was so nice to actually see what was being delivered. Most places that send a photo just send their standard photo from their website, so this is really a cut above. A short while later, I received a call from the delivery person. They were super nice and said they were at the delivery address but no one was home, no neighbors were home, and it was very hot outside so leaving them on the porch would probably ruin them. We chatted about options, she gave me the local temperature, and we decided that she would leave a note, take the flowers back to the shop, and try to deliver them again the next day. I just heard from the happy recipient that they have received the flowers and they are gorgeous. I really appreciated not only how beautiful the arrangement turned out, but how well Gibby's kept me updated on my order status with a completed photo, and the very caring and patient delivery person who made sure the recipient received my order in the best condition possible. I'm still not sure why they didn't call me, and according to the delivery lady, the reason for the early delivery is because the flowers were put in the wrong bin, or something. Regardless, why ask me specifically for a date of delivery if that isn't going to matter? The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because they offered my wife a free arrangement on our anniversary, so at least they're trying to make it right. When I reached out to them to find out what happened, I was told the technician went to my house but couldn't reach it because of "the construction". I honestly have no idea what he's talking about, as there is no construction by my house that would have impeded access in any way, but even more disturbing is that he just decided to abandon the appointment. No attempt was made to contact me or inform me, to confirm the address, or anything. Sprinkler Master wasn't even apologetic about standing me up. There are other options in Ogden for sprinkler repair. I would highly recommend contacting them and using them, as Sprinkler Master is terrible.

During the original call they asked what day was best. I told them that I was off on Fridays and they said someone would get back to me on which Friday they would be out. No one got back to me....they just showed up as I was ready to leave my house. They finished before I got home and it was too hot to run the sprinklers, so I waited for a couple of hours. When I turned them on, the pressure seemed worse than before. A couple of places that I new needed repair hadn't even been touched. The same line break was there by the driveway......untouched. And a couple of heads that they did replace were poking up too high and will most definately be run over as they are near the driveway. Honestly, how hard would it have been to do it correctly. The next morning I went noticed that there was water inside the utility room door. When they worked on a specific sprinkler by the door, they somehow turned it toward the dog door opening and sprayed inside the house. I called them and asked them to come back and FINISH the job that they were expecting me to pay for. Two new people came out and fixed the obvious line break and a couple of heads that were overlooked. When they were finished the pressure still wasn't great and they told me that during the day the pressure won't be great normally and that I should notice a difference in the evening or early morning watering times. I'm not sure that is true or not. He said that this was the best it was going to be unless I replaced my entire system. No talk of possibly flushing the lines or anything. Straight to complete replacement. When they left I called my neighbor and showed him the job they had left me with. He went to his garage and pulled out a couple of extra nozzles and fitted them into the new.....more than likely overpriced heads they sold me........and suddenly I had pressure. I know that there are days that just don't go well at work.....and days when you don't feel like putting in 100%.....but if you are going to charge me almost 1000 dollars......please make sure that you deserve it. I sure don't believe that they do. I have asked for an itemized receipt and haven't seen one, but you can bet that the money has been taken from my acct already. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.

There were great family friendly costumes along with some more mature costumes and decorations. My kids love checking out the displays of decorations especially those that are interactive. It's crazy how many decorations are out there. The only downside was the store wasn't requiring guests to wear masks nor offering sanitation during the height or the pandemic. Other than that, it was a good experience.

So I purchased the product the day after the due date. I went back 20 minutes later to return it because I found the same product 25% cheaper somewhere else. They would not offer a refund, even after 20 minutes. They would not even price match. They were extremely rude and would not even consider it. I called customer service and waited 1.5 hours and they would not consider the refund. I will never return to this store because they are over priced and not friendly at all. Don't go here.
