Oh man I hate to leave them a 1 star because I really like the variety & selection they have at the…read moreprices they have but regarding business to customer relations, very very poor. 1St off I want to say that I ordered a washing machine with Spencer & everything was great. He was professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. Why am I giving them a one star you might ask? Because of my second experience just a couple weeks later. I went in to purchase a mounted microwave. Pam was my sales associate & just like Spencer, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. I choose the microwave I wanted, payed for it, & then was told they didn't have it in stock until after I purchased it. They then told me **I would have to go to a different facility** to go pick it up a week later. (The day I purchased this was a Saturday & they told me I'd get it Thursday) Strike one. But I was willing to try to be the better person & left their store saying thank you. Later that evening I called the store & told them I wanted to pay the additional 100$ to have it delivered & installed. They told me not a problem & they would call me on the scheduled day ( a week from then) to let me know what time they'd arrive. I never received a phone call on the delivery day (Thursday) & could not get ahold of an associate to see what was going on. Strike two. I called them the following day (Friday) & asked what was going on. I was told I'd get a phone call back within 30 minutes. An hour went by & I called them. I spoke with an Associate named Linda. I was told that they didn't know what was going on & that it could be delivered tonight (Friday). I explained to them I was not happy that no one reached out to me, & that now I need to cancel my Friday night plans with my wife to wait for a microwave to be delivered & installed before 7pm. I asked if I could get any kind of discount, compensation, credit or anything for the inconvenience. Linda, being *very rude* told me tough luck, we can give you a refund or change the delivery date. Strike three. So here we are. Come on Boyles. You treated me with respect when I was making a purchase. But after I've made the purchase, if you're going to treat people rudely, discount or not, I have to tell others to be aware. Do better. ***Update (the following day)*** My microwave was never delivered that Friday night as I was told. I just called this morning & found out they canceled my order on their own stating "we weren't sure if you wanted us to bring it still & we saw your one star review".... my favorite part was being called a liar this morning when I told you I wanted it delivered yesterday. Very professional. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I paid you. You took my money. I was told a day. You didn't do your job. I followed up. You told me you weren't sure what happened. I stated I was upset. You didn't care. I told you to deliver it last night. You told me it would arrive by 7pm. It never did. I called the following morning to be told you weren't sure if I wanted it anymore & was called a liar..... Do you see the pattern? If someone pays you for a service, do it, especially if it's your instructions of when it will be done.

Upon arriving to the location they didn't have the type of set I needed. They told me they would have more the next day but didn't have any more for 6 days. The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. I have had several positive business experiences with this company…read more First I have an older Whirlpool Industrial washer that is simple but effective. It started to leak and get the floor wet. I took the machine in for an inspection. The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. The rental place cost would have been close too $2000.00 more to pay for the other units. Visit the store, give them a call. An honest hard working technician that provides the right kind of value needed these days.

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since.
