She had me email her my concerns and information, and she confirmed the date and time. Day of, never showed. Didn't even bother calling or texting in advance to try and reschedule or notify me. I had arranged my day to accommodate her. And she never showed. I normally don't ever write reviews, but this one hurt. I really liked her when I talked with her on the initial call. If she needed to reschedule or cancel, all it took was a call or text. I undertake things come up. When we had our initial chat she even went on to lecture about how she represents the company and that's all that matters to her l, since I had shared my biggest concern was the people I've had coming clean, and their lack of professionalism and consistency. About 45 min after not showing, I text her. She did read my text (iPhone receipt shows it) and she didn't even bother replying. I say....don't bother contacting Clarisa at domesticated divas. Not so domesticated if you ask me.

Seriously! Luckily I discovered this during my move out inspection. I sent her a photo of the receipt (of an equal replacement from Home Depot) which she had the audacity to dispute. She said it that was too expensive, which really frustrated me at this point. Just trying to get my money back for the damage her employees inflicted and attempted to hide. I left to run some errands and came back at 12:30. When I returned it looked like they had done nothing and we're not even close so being done. It always goes over and above any reasonable expectation as to what a good cleaning service does. For example, the last time Mr. Cleaning came to our house to do its work, Ed (the owner) went upstairs to our third floor. He noticed that there were seagull droppings on the Skylight on the third floor room.. Ed took it upon himself to grab a ladder and climb onto the third floor of our home to wash off the Skylight. Never in 1 million years would would my wife and I have expected our cleaning service to go onto our third story roof in order to clean a skylight. While on the roof, Ed noticed a tremendous amount of seagull excrement both on the built up portion of the roof and the perimeter roof tiles. Ed took it upon himself to get a power washer and wash the entire roof off, thereby eliminating the seagull excrement The foregoing is just one small example of the tremendous work that Mr. Cleaning has always done for us over the years. They are extremely conscientious. They are extremely thorough. And, it is not at all uncommon for Mr. Cleaning to do work that they deemed necessary, even if it falls outside the scope of their contract. A huge plus is that Mr. Cleaning is extremely reasonable in cost.
