I judge house cleaning services in three ways: Quality is #1 and the excellent cleaning with these ladies is very consistent. Attention to detail is #2 and Ingrid has it. She will address small special requests and gets to know your requirements. #3 is price. You could pay more and certainly pay less for cleaning services, and I've done both. Wanda charges a price right in the middle and her cleaners still deliver a high-quality consistent cleaning service. We trust our cleaners so much that we allow them to clean our home even if we're not there. Anytime I've had any concerns with scheduling, or wanted to add additional services, Wanda has been there. In the two years we've been with Always Home Services we've never had a bad experience. I'm the two strikes and you're out kind of customer, but with Ingrid and Alicia we are going on two years bi-weekly!

With the leadership of owner Griselda Mendoza, they helped our short term rental business excel to be one of the highest rated in the entire region. We have a huge rental home of 7 bedrooms and two living rooms, and the guests have always commented that it was "sparkling clean" and "spotless". Our ratings were 10/10 for VRBO and 5/5 for Airbnb, mainly because their company made sure everything was perfect. Every request we made was met with generous openness and perfect integration. Griselda also made numerous and priceless suggestions that helped us become a much better business owner as well. Griselda takes great pride in her company and is extremely dedicated to her clients. On every occasion she would be working hard and being exemplary in how she wanted all of her team members to complete their tasks with commitment, efficiency, and kindness. She took very good care of all of our linens, incredibly taking time to sow them herself when needed. If you're needing cleaners who you can completely depend upon for your business or home, Green My Home is the very best choice.

I reached out on Yelp, and Tania responded right away. A couple of days later, she came to meet my friend/cleaner and quickly picked up on how we like things staged--beds made a certain way, accessories placed, bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, etc. She confirmed the time and address the day before, arrived early, and did a fantastic job. At first, I thought I'd need to hire more than one person to cover both homes, but after hearing how smoothly things went, I immediately asked Tania to take care of our second Airbnb as well. She was professional, thorough, and dependable--exactly what we needed. Thanks for saving the day, Tania! I'm so glad I found you.

If it were possible to award 10 stars for Tania, i would!…read more i hired her just to clean up the house of an elderly, feeble friend of mine and rapidly realized the treasure Tania is. My friend lives alone and before Tania my friend's living situation was out of control. There are no willing family members nearby for my friend to call on and it is nearly impossible for her to manage herself, never mind cleaning, cooking, and looking after her only companion, a small dog. She barely manages to get around her house using alternately a wheelchair and a walker. Housekeeping is beyond her at this point. Not only has Tania done a deep and thorough cleaning of the house, carpeting, (and dog, by the way) she brought in an electric hot-plate to stand in for my friend's non-working stove and also connected her with sources and services to get a replacement . Owing to Tania's initiative, my friend has now been put in touch with a caretaker to interview. Tania's approach to this job has gone far beyond cleaning a house! She took an out-of-control living situation and masterfully transformed the home to a healthy, safe, comfortable environment. It is evident that she approaches her work with heart! Her dependability, initiative, attention to detail, and follow through are absolutely superb!

You can see from the picture of my toilet (mind you, I have three that all looked like this) that I am not just saying this. They did not clean my home well. Up until last week, this only happened once, and that time, I just cleaned after they left and let it be since the owner said she was overwhelmed with work and had so many clients that she was stressed over it. I have always paid her over what I was quoted, $200 for 1.5 hours, and again, I only complained last week. I have a right to complain if someone leaves my house like this! So, I sent photos about this issue only to be responded to in the most unprofessional and threatening manner! There was no apology; they stated they were too busy to accommodate me. We are sorry we cannot make you happy. Do you see my toilet? It is not hard to see why I was not satisfied. I am beside myself with how they treated me. They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company. I've worked with a few housekeeping services, and OE is definitely the best. I don't think it would be possible to find a better company. They really are crucial to making our business look good; we've only had rave reviews for cleanliness from our guests, never a negative comment. I would highly recommend them for both deep cleaning and recurring housekeeping services, they're very dependable and you get more than you pay for when considering how much of your precious time it would take to do as good a job yourself.
