This cleaning company is the biggest scam. Agreed to paying almost $500 with the promises that I'd love my house and it'd be so clean and blah blah blah. So first off, I paid for a deep clean for the whole house, as I keep up with the typical stuff but wanted someone to come in and give a really good scrub of the place. When I came home to see what was done, biggest disappointment. Nothing was very clean at all, everything was lazily wiped down, streaks all over all the bathroom and kitchen counters and still lots of missed spaces. I just decided that I'd never have them back and that they were a huge waste of money. Now flash forward to later that day, day of cleaning, when I went into the kitchen to make some dinner I noticed my stainless steel stovetop just completely scratched. I mean it looks like someone took the literally back side of a sponge and just went to town ruining our somewhat brand new stovetop, recently redid the kitchen. I was obviously fuming, I know I didn't do it because I use the same product on the stovetop for the stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and microwave I have. ALL NO SCRATCHES before this company came in. I reached out obviously because this was a problem and the company is DENYING DENYING DENYING. I said that they scratched my stovetop and it took two weeks to get a response, but finally they said "the lady mentioned that when she was cleaning it she noticed the scratch already there, but she didn't report it since she assumed you already knew about it. Our policy is, no matter what damage or breakage they already find in a home, they need to report it right away because we have found that customers are not always aware of those things. She failed to do that, obviously and we-reminded her of our policy going forward." I reminded her there are SCRATCHES everywhere, it's not pertaining to a single scratch. Therefore what she just told me was a lie, there was no scratch prior (which is why she didn't report it) and she didn't want the stove top to be noticed after she ruined it (WHICH IS WHY IT WASN'T REPORTED). I know that my stovetop wasn't scratched at all before they came in, and I would have the pictures to prove it if I didn't think a cleaning company would know what to use and what not to use on stainless steel. Which is why they think it's okay to get away with this! Now they have come up with this ridiculous theory that my cat got on there and scratched the stove??? My cat wasn't home all day due to the cleaning crew being there first off and second the whole stovetop was scratched, which means all over and under all the grates my 5 pound cat would never be able to lift. Do not let these people in your home! They do a terrible job, ruin your belongings and then blatantly lie to you and try to make up stories so that they aren't held liable. Sorry $75 credit for my $1,000 stovetop you ruined isn't cutting the cheddar, your company should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I called to get some cleaning done my new home which was a disaster. I was told a crew could possibly come out in two days and I would get a call the next day confirming address and time. I never got a call the next day or the morning of so I wasn't sure if they could actually show up and scheduled other cleaners instead. Of course this crew showed up when I had a carpet crew so they couldn't access the rooms I actually needed cleaned. Also, they broke one of the drawers in the fridge and attempted to put it back like I wouldn't notice. They hardly did anything and I got billed more than the quoted amount. I also never received an invoice and called to pay and was told it was sent but that I gave them the wrong address so it wasn't sent to the correct place. All in all, I'm sure they can do great work but I was left without any desire to schedule them again. Not sure what I paid $295 for when it was just two bathrooms and some kitchen cleaning. read more

Great work! We had Cleaning Services come to our office to clean our carpets before the end of the year and were very pleased with the whole operation. The carpets were clean, everything was put away, the keys and alarm codes were returned, and everything was kept safe and orderly. We've been using Cleaning Services for years. They have always done a great job. They are excellent at window and carpet cleaning, too.

It is with much hesitation and disappointment that I update my review of Cleaning Services. I had been using them for about 6 months when I wrote my initial 5 start review in April. 2 months later and I am downgrading the star rating because I've canceled the service. I was set up for the team to come in any time during my designated cleaning day. You can call the morning of your cleaning to find out an approximate time frame they will be at your house which is something I always do so I can plan my day around it. One day I was told they would be at my place mid-afternoon. They ended up showing up 2 hours earlier when I was taking a shower and one of the cleaners came in to the bathroom while I was doing so! It was a very traumatic experience to say the least. Unfortunately after this incident, poor experiences continued. The next cleaning was so ineffective my husband and I came home from work wondering if the crew had even come in. Usually the day of a cleaning we luxuriate in the smells of a fresh, clean house after a long day at work but this time there were no sweet smelling scents in the air. I looked through the house for signs they were there but only found a number of tables and bookcases were not dusted or cleaned. This is actually the 2nd time this has happened and I forgave the first time since I've never been dissatisfied before. I called the office right away to discuss the less than stellar cleaning job. I remember specifically telling the supervisor how we in general had a hard time deciphering whether anyone came in because so much of the place was still dusty - the library, the room off the library, the dining room, the breakfast nook, the tv stand in the living room (crazy, right?). So a week later they were scheduled to come and spot dust what I understood to be the entire house. When I got home from work I thought no one came because there was still dust everywhere. I decided to just go ahead and cancel the service at this point thinking they didn't come and what was the point of paying for a service that doesn't keep their word. The worst part is, I received a reply back saying they did in fact come and she listed what they cleaned based on what I reported was not dusted. She asked me to reconsider cancelling. I asked for some kind of compensation for this poor job. She responded saying they only cleaned what I specifically told her was dirty and because they value me as a customer they'd offer me $25 towards my next cleaning. Conclusion: I canceled anyway. $25 hardly makes up for the poor cleaning job, the invasion of privacy when I was taking a shower, and the amount of time I had to correspond with the office in an attempt to get the job done right. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault that I didn't identify every piece of furniture that was not cleaned to ensure a proper re-cleaning of the place, especially when I was very specific about the fact that both my husband and I couldn't tell that people had done a cleaning job at all in my house. The supervisor tried to take responsibility for not instructing the team to go through the whole house, which is nice of her and I understand it was an attempt to convince me not to cancel the service. But two poor cleaning jobs and their walking in to a bathroom where you cannot miss the sound of a shower running causes me to not trust their cleaning crew in my personal space. The team comes in every other week and cleans my house from top to bottom - they are efficient, thorough, and easy to reach if I need to reschedule or add on something to clean. The cleaning services provided to our office here in Hollister were AMAZING!!!!. Last year we had a DIFFERENT AGENCY strip and wax the old linoleum floors in our conference room. They did NOT do a good job and we were NOT pleased with the results but we thought maybe the the floors were just too old and that was as good as they were going to get. However, with CLEANING SERVICES the old linoleum LOOKS BRAND NEW!! They also did an AMAZING job on our windows and screens! We had our tile in our living room/dining area cleaned by Cleaning Services last week. It was a big job, really dirty, and was a large area to get cleaned. I have to say our floor looks AMAZING. The way it looked before I wasn't sure if it can even get as clean as it looks now. The 2 gentlemen that came to my house were very professional, and let us know every detail we needed to know. This crew is awesome! Since they cleaned and waxed our floors I've had so many compliments from our clients. The shine restored the paint on our floors, bringing back a modern look. I was concerned about it being slippery but they reassured me it would be safe for my clients, and it is. They are very reasonable with their prices, that I had them do our windows too.
