First, they are closed more often than open. Closed at 7pm, closed on the weekend, plus randomly closed at any given time. Second, don't expect to try and call with any questions or concerns. They stopped answering the phone about a month ago, like ever. You'll wait on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. When I ask about the phone in person, I'm told they are too understaffed to answer the phone or there is some "mysterious issue" with the phone lines they are trying to figure out. Lastly, It's a huge hassle EVERY month to get my medication refilled. There is always some problem or another that takes me several trips to the location. To get ironed out. Usually taking a week or more to finally get them refilled I have been a Walgreens customer for a more than a decade, but that is now over.
