I would give a zero if I could! We try to ALWAYS support local businesses, so for our Rx needs, we went to Reed's. Their customer service has been horrible lately! The last three times we used the drive-up window took almost 40 minutes?!?! Today, when going to pick up Rx's called in almost four hours previously, after waiting for 15 minutes for the car ahead of me, ours weren't ready and I was instructed to circle around and get into the back of the line. After waiting an additional 15 minutes the other car still had not moved, I went inside. My one Rx was ready but I would need to come back Monday for the other one. I asked the girl why she had me move to the back of the line, so three more cars ahead of me, but the car at the window had now been there 20 minutes. Her flippant response was outrageous! I will be moving all our meds to Walmart and no longer support this local business. read more

Crooks with a smile!! Paid $178.00 for a month's worth of a diabetic Potion and thy gave me only 2 weeks worth. Asked why they didnt follow Doctors instructions and they said they followed what other doctors usually asked for and that I would have to pay another $178 read more

I have been using Reed's Pharmacy for a little over a year now. I have always appreciated their friendly approach to business. I have a prescription that is only covered in certain dosages by my insurance so they break it into two purchases so I can save money. I also requested they switch their generic medication to a different generic and by the next time I came in they had switched at my request. I honestly haven't had a better experience ever at any pharmacy. read more

Reed's Pharmacy is a favorite of mine. It's close to where I live and their service is second to none. Their drive up window can easily be accessed and if there's a line, their people come out and wait on you to speed things up. I have talked to the pharmacist personally and he is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I have the feeling that he is on my side and is working for me to make sure I get the best prices. Most recently, Reed's was able to get a hard-to-find medication for me that day. I highly recommend them! read more

The Drive up window is badly located and poorly marked. You can see where many cars and vehicles have made contact with the building, which isn't a great sign for their customers. The wait times at this location seemed much longer than at many other pharmacies. read more

I absolutely love Reed's... All of the staff go above and beyond. I have been a customer for a few years... I am diabetic and have multiple health concerns. They are friendly and are always looking for ways to serve. They package my medication in an easy package so I can keep track of when when I take them. They call a week before to see if there are any changes. Be diabetic, I wear a Continuous Glucose Monitor, when I was talking to the pharmacist about problems with another company in getting supplies, he said they could check to see if it's part of my pharmacy plan.... now I get my supplies on time, and they always seems like they have what I need or they order it, and I have it next day. Everyone at reeds is on top of it!! They have built there business around caring for there customers and having a incredible pharmaceutical knowledge!! You walk into reeds and Everyone from the techs to the pharmacist are working fast and efficient to help everyone get in and out as fast as they can! I'm so impressed how well they know each of their customers and how easy it is to talk to the pharmacist on a private level they make you feel so comfortable as you're asking about your medicines they do everything they can to save you money when getting your medicines on a cash price or through insurance they work diligently with your doctors and your insurance company to have all of your medicines organized I can't say enough about Reeds I will be a customer for years to come!!! I am diabetic. I was looking for a new glucose meter and my dr recommended this pharmacy. We purchased the generic meter and the strips that go with it. We were only paying 3 dollars for strips, that is without insurance. My husband went and got me some strips today and they told him that because we don't get our prescriptions from them that we have to pay the full price for the strips. We explained to them that we have to use the pharmacy that our insurance requires. Because I wanted a generic meter I was getting the strips from reeds. This pharmacy is not reputable. They won't keep their word. When we have been paying for something at a certain price and then they jack it up just to force you to shop with them. I will never go back there. Please people, do not patronize this store. read more

We have had a fantastic experience at Reed's pharmacy! We have two children on medicine all of the time so we are frequently at the pharmacy. One time the owner was at a football game after hours and I mentioned I had forgotten to pick up some medicine that day. He drove back to the pharmacy at night and got our medicine for us. Another time we received a call out of the blue from them, they were asking about our insurance to see if they ccould get our daughter's medicine to us cheaper. And they tried several flavors while compounding our daughter's medicine to see if they could find one she loves. This is a great pharmacy! read more
