I receive an email reminder days before my next session and then a text reminder with link the day of. I get emails when there is an update for billing, if there's an issue with scheduling, and when I need to fill out forms before an appointment. My therapist is very empathetic, a great listener, and skilled at helping me shift my perspective in order to discover and create solutions to concerns. I have previously seen two therapists but this one is my favorite and via the Alona Wellness Center system, I feel very well taken care of. Which would've been a pointless waste of time and effort since the provider doesn't even see children.

Elizabeth wrote a damaging false statement against me so I am pursuing a HIPAA violation and financial restitution.
