    Slow, inconsistent speed. I pay for 10 Mbps, rarely get over 3. Iron clad contract, however. Do NOT go with this provider.

    I like the straight forward pricing, no surprise fees or charges. However they seem to have…read moreoversold their service and the quality has gone downhill. Service is unreliable and speeds are usually around 5 to 8 Mb/s download, I pay for a 20 Mb/s service. My cell phone gets 10x that on Verizon data network. I would love better ISP but my options are very limited. I'm happy to have internet but I wish I had a company with more to offer.

When I had reached out to this company they let me know they had not yet put service in our area. The sales guy asked if we would be interested in putting a tower up and we would get free internet. We ended up saying yes. They dru their feet after we signed the contract. I called six months later and ended up having to sign a new contract as the last sales guy left. We got that one signed. It took a few months but thry finally broke ground. They took forever getting it done. My dog and granddaughter about fell in their huge hole they dug and didn't fence off. Then took another year to put up a fence around it which is a safety hazard. They have been running off of our electricity when they were supposed to have their own. Occasionally they will send a check which doesn't cover their portion. Our internet has went down and we go days without it as well as others in the area. They left rock laying and weeds grew over it. I tried to mow them down and ended up flinging a rock that broke m6 back window of my vehicle out. They did nothing about that. They are still ignoring me and not doing anything. When I finally do get ahold of them they tell me that they will call back but rarely do. They have been horrible to work with. I am trying to figure out how to get them to get out of here. Our area has been without internet again for 3 days and not sure when it will be fixed.

Long, long, long (over 50 minutes) wait time for tech support, slow response to our service request, techs and phone operators that seem as if they are being annoyed by a customer call and on hold music that would drive Mother Teresa insane! They promised that we were going to have excellent service because of the direct line of sight we have to their tower. We live in town not on a remote hillside! We purchased the service and for two whole weeks the service was great. After that we began to have intermittent outages. We called customer service and were pit through the "diagnostics". It was determined that "something" was wrong so they sent out a tech. The tech said that the dish was pointed to the correct tower but for some reason we weren't getting the full signal strength. He didn't know why and didn't do anything to fix the issue. He simply left. At this very moment I am again on hold waiting for tech support to answer. I have been here for 48 minutes so far and I'm still #3 in line! Don't buy the hype. This service is not worth the money or time unless it is your absolute last resort for internet access. Even then I might consider moving before having to deal with this company again. I don't know how they arrive at 98% positive feedback (I'd like t0 see the actual surveys) but i can't imagine I'm the only dissatisfied customer they have.

    If I could give no stars to DISH network that is what I would give. I'll keep this short and sweet…read more Bottom line is... I was an awesome customer for almost 10 years. Never one late payment, or anything else!! When I moved I tried to shut off the service. They talked me into suspending it instead of quitting. I told them I wasn't sure when I would be moving in and they told me to give them a call when I wanted it turned on. They turned my service back on without me even knowing and because I have automatic payments they charged me for one of their most expensive plans for two or three months before I even realized it. I never used one piece of their equipment or watched one second of their programming!! When I complained they refused to refund any of my money and couldn't have been worse to work with. After almost a decade of being a perfect customer this is what I get?! I never write a bad review and I can't say enough bad right now. I will NEVER recommend DISH and I will never be a customer of theirs again!!

OMG, wish I would have gone with simple cable or direct tv. Sucks, I'm stuck in a contract with them for another year and a half. I had direct tv for years and never felt trapped like i do with dish! Ugh....and they cancelled their contract with the NFL network, so pissed! Kill me now
