I dropped 16 movie reels and 8 audio reels off on May 27, 2016. At the time I was told 3-6 weeks. I called several times to get a status and was told someone would call back. No one ever did. I called today at 9am and told them if no one calls be back by 11am that I would be in to pick up my reels. When I showed up at 11, my box of reels was waiting for me to pick up. Zach told me that their machines were broken and they could not do the job. Why did they not tell me this on any of the calls I placed to find out status? Why did they never return calls? I told them more than once that this was part of an estate that needs to be closed and that we were waiting on these. I got nothing in return but a waste of 2 months.
