First off the biggest thing that bothered me was she promised me the pocket squares would match. She gave us one of the correct color and the rest were red not burgundy. This shows in my wedding pictures obviously. Second: the ties were all different patterns and some had square bottoms. She also promised me these would match as well. Third: I had to pay more for vests to order a bigger size which is fine. But I also paid for a burgundy table cloth (I paid that day for that.) I showed her my bank statement today that It was already paid for. But when my dad went to pick up the stuff he paid for another tablecloth (I had paid for it already so we got double charged.) She gave us two burgundy tablecloths. One had this stain that looked like cum and the other had so many greasy stains on it it looked awful. Fourth: 3 of the 5 vests didn't even fit. Hell one didn't even have the string to adjust it even though she said everything she has goes up a size and down a size.They were all a few sizes too big which I don't understand how this happened because she measured each of the guys and asked them their shirt sizes. I figured that it would fit because of that alone. Measurements don't lie When we confronted her about these issues she told me I should have told her the morning of the wedding and she would have brought the correct stuff to me. So when my guys show up at 12 and get dressed and my ceremony is at 2 you are going to drive from Rupert to Jerome to bring us the right stuff? That's a joke. If you pull the items right the first time and double check that everything matches you don't have to worry about running to Jerome to deliver the correct items rented. She told me three different stories about the tuxes. She first said she pulled them off the guys and into the dress bags (I never seen any dress bags?). Then she said she had them in piles in the room we were all standing in and next she said her "employees" that I've never seen or heard of pulled everything correct. Let me tell you if you don't lie you don't have to keep track of all the stories. She was going to give us our money back on ONLY the pocket squares because that was her fault. She wasn't going to do anything about anything else. Not even the double charge of the disgusting table cloths or anything. So she writes out a gift certificate to COME BACK TO HER! She said she does not do refunds after telling me she would. Like lady do you not understand that I am not getting married again?! She claims she has done this for 28 years and has never made a mistake. I don't care. All I wanted was a small reimbursement of what happened. It's called customer service. I apologize for the bad pictures. We took them after the wedding that night and it was dark.

My salesman was Lynn Robinson and Lynn even helped me load the tractor on my trailer for the trip home which was about 200 miles away. I had a problem with a tire two months later and Lynn talked to the tire shop and got my tire fixed under warranty sight unseen, and on the spot. It doesn't get any better than that. I can still call Lynn if I have any questions about my tractor and he is more than happy to get me an answer. I highly recommend Barry Equipment Rental after my experience with them and Lynn. I called them on Wednesday and reserved 3 sanders for a weekend project. When I showed up to pick up the first machine in the morning and it was broken and they had to fix it while I waited. The other 2 machines the said would be available for later that afternoon since they were already rented out. I called them 3 times in the afternoon to check in and see if the machines were available. They said they had called the person who had rented them out and they would be back in for me to use. When I came time to pick up the machines they were not available. By the time they called me back at 4:40 pm on Saturday to tell me they were not available it was too late to rent them from somewhere else. I explained how upset and frustrated I was and they said they could not do anything for me. Then I said "what do you mean you cannot do anything, I reserved the machines." I explained that I had family from out of town staying in a hotel to work on the project and they said that was not their problem. I said it was their problem and Chad their employee hung up on me. On Monday I called Chad's supervisor and asked "when is it ok to hang up on a customer?" No apology, no ownership in the problem, still no sanders. Needless to say I went to Rental Pro and they were awesome. Don't promise your customer stuff you cannot deliver, do not promise a reservation if you don't do reservations, do not wait until the last possible minute to call a customer that has been calling you all day, have ownership in the problem and in a solution.

After an additional $57.00 they said it had bad gas and the wrong sparkplug installed. Really. The gas was 91 octane Ethanol free gas (also being used in 2 other mowers with no problem) and the sparkplug was the one installed in the NEW lawnmower that was 1 week old. Had to buy another mower since they were taking so long (DON'T buy local in Mountain Home Idaho), it's running Great on the same BAD gas.
