Has been a pain to get my warranty repair appointment for my appliance. I was first transferred to…read morethree different people to get my appointment scheduled in the chat option. I had to repeat my request and explain three times even after they were able to read all of my chats. I was given a 12 hour window for the initial appointment. I was told that 24 hours prior to my appointment I would receive a smaller time frame for my appointment. That did not happen. On the day of my appointment my time from was listed as a 9 hour period. I reached out via chat to ask for an ETA to determine if it would be a morning or afternoon appointment. I was asked what my preference was and it hey said the noted it and I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited several more hours and reached out to customer service via the chat option again. I was told the appointment would still happen and that I would get a call back from the repairman. I waited another couple of hours and reached out again. I was given a more generic answer and told they would be there by 5 pm. I asked for the company number so I could reach out to find out how many more appointments were before mine. I also told customer service that this was the most frustrating and unorganized repair I have ever experienced with an appliance repair and that I would share this with everyone. I was then blocked from chat until the following day with zero resolution and no repair as of 3:10 pm... If I could give this negative stars I would. I would not recommend purchasing this warranty from BestBuy.
