She had a very hard time answering questions and did not seem as if she enjoyed her job or wanted to be there. She directed her miserable attitude towards me and my husband trying to disregard anything I was asking and continued to only want to talk to my husband who is white and not wanting to answer basic tax questions. When I asked to speak to a manger the manger then offered us another appointment my husband took work off to do this today and she had no urgency in wanting to correct the situation.
