    Absolute putrid Internet, so much money for horrible internet service. My mobile data is more cheaper and faster than this.

    Now they advertise $19.95 but they really charge $24.95. More deceptive advertising.

    Horrid experience! Sales rep alone in store, told us his manager was in back. Had a store full, did…read morenot notify any customers of wait time until almost closing. The store cleared out, everyone upset. We asked to speak with the manager in the back doing nothing, the sale rep Manuel, bit my head of at my question, says manager didn't have a tablet to help, I clarified that's not what I was asking for. Sales Rep Manuel got upset. When I asked for his name, he did not respond and walked in the back. The customer that he was currently helping felt bad like she was taking all of his time and said that it wasn't the sales reps fault. Though I disagree because the manager in the back who didn't have access to a tablet, could've at least taken down names and phone numbers scheduled appointments for the following day, etc.. The differences that could have been made; Knowing that you're the only person in the building that can help customers you should clearly welcome in your customers and let them know the wait time as they walk in. If your superior, manager, owner do not clarify that that is a part of your job. They are wrong and you and they are greatly under serving your customer. Speaking rudely to a customer when they ask for your superior, was unnecessary and undeserving. We will further take this up with T-Mobile so that they know what type of franchise that they're allowing to be ran. If we continue our business with T-Mobile, we will no longer be doing it with this location. I will switch my phone company before I walk in here again.

Much cheaper than the cable companies, and faster too! Best of all we didn't have to wait a month to get set up. She went the extra mile to get us the equipment in a weeks time.

    We just officially became customer's yesterday and best decision we've made yet. After years of…read morestruggling with outages and spotty internet with Sparklight we finally bit the bullet and switched over to PMT in Burley ID. Osiris (I'm sure I spelled that incorrectly) has been nothing but polite and patient with numerous stupid calls from me. Super friendly and answered even the dumbest of questions with nothing but professionalism. Hands down an asset to the company. Every single person that's been to our home through the entire set up process has been fantastic. I wish I would've gotten names but they know who they are :). We have 5 annoying rottweilers that like to bark at strangers and none of them looked even the least bit annoyed. The tech that came to do the final hookup into our home was amazing as well. They obviously choose the best and vet their employees well. He was in and out in no time and assured everything looked and worked great before he left. Even my super picky husband was impressed. Best of all my husband ran a speed test when he got home that night and both upload and download speeds hovered at about 980. He's the tech guy in our family and said that's actually unheard of. It is a little pricey but hands down worth it. Should've made the switch few years ago and saved myself a lot of irritation.
