First time here. I was in Chippewa Falls to see some family and found this place right next to the Chophouse where we had dinner the night before. It's a nice spot, with a large windowed storefront and inviting signage. Inside is a large open area with the order counter toward the rear. An old brick wall, metal lighting fixtures, and a tin ceiling give it a vintage vibe. There are café tables with metal chairs for small groups. The noise level is reasonable, and it's easy to have a conversation. They have an extensive coffee menu, including tea lattes. But the one thing that really stood out was the bakery selection. They have items called Cornetto, which look like croissants. I was told they're similar and used in similar ways (fillings, glazes, etc.). We ended up getting a coffee, a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam), a Custard Danish, and an Apple Almond Scone. It didn't take long to get our order, and everything was amazingly good. The London Fog was made with loose-leaf tea and steeped well. The pastries were fresh, large, and very yummy. Everything was also very reasonably priced (you spend way more than this in most places -- and that's not something I usually fixate on). Excellent experience. Friendly service, excellent food and drinks, great value, and a warm atmosphere. If I could make one suggestion, it would be the metal chairs -- I just didn't find them very comfortable. I love stopping here for both coffee and food! They always have full tables so it's clear that it's well loved by the community and travelers. There are also a bunch of live plants and antique-like decor, while still feeling like a modern space. They have a lot of creative drinks to choose from and they food always hits the spot! I often think of their staple, tomato bisque soup with cornbread - which is incredible. The staff are kind and they get your order to you in a timely manner! Loved the vibe, loved the coffee, highly recommend. Cute local gem with outstanding food and drink. From the menu to the art, I truly enjoyed spending time in the location. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The service was fantastic and parking was super easy. Clean, warm, welcoming - all the things you'd look for! I tried the egg Benedict crepe and the pumpkin latte with ghost pepper whip. Delicious! Bridge Street is a must stop when in Chippewa Falls. The inside is cute with plenty of seating and tables large enough for groups. This is the place to be so fair warning if you're going on a Saturday/Sunday morning, there will be a line but it goes fast. I got the egg breakfast with avocado toast and fruit. The avocado toast tasted like it had olive oil or some sort of addition rather than straight avocados which was not my favorite. However the eggs and fruit were great. We also got the bill dog sandwich which was outstanding. There was an extensive and creative drink menu, so there's definitely something for everyone. read more

We decided to stop by because the continental breakfast at our hotel only had decaf coffee. This place was busy. It was Sunday morning. There were so many choices we got out of line and back in again before we ordered. I had an iced mocha with raspberry. My husband had a cold brew. There were so many baked goods to choose from and we decided on a pistachio chocolate chip muffin. It was really good. It was bright and clean with a decent amount of seating inside and out. Seems like a pretty popular place. Lots of people on a Wednesday morning after a holiday, but no queue to speak of. We stopped in on our way through town because of the reviews. We didn't get any food but did get a decaf latte and a drip coffee. People must really like it but for us it was just okay. Coffee tastes like Starbucks. read more

My gosh that Oh Bother coffee was so good, could have went Little lighter on the cinnamon in it but regardless it was easy good! The drink menu is short and simple- they had a "specials" drink menu which was super creative! One of the drinks was a tea latte with GLITTER on top Love it! This is a cool little coffee shop located in Downtown Chippewa Falls with a huge (and tasty) seasonal drink menu. We decided to try the Pumpkin Carving (a pumpkin spice latte, we got it with oat milk) and the Apple Picking (a spiced cider). Both were super yummy, get-ready-for-fall drinks. We also had the avocado toast, which was HUGE and also quite tasty. Service was fast, and there is a bunch of free parking on the street. Was staying nearby and starving for a good breakfast so found this place through yelp and man, it was everything I wanted & more. When I came in it was super busy which was a good sign. Food was super delicious and they gave good portions; service was great, the people who work at the cafe are really sweet; nice ambiance with a good amount of seating. Their coffee is very good. The blended iced coffee ("like a frapp") was good, but wish it came in different sizes. The food menu seems to outweigh the coffee menu, even though "Brew" is in the name, it doesn't smell like coffee inside. Most of their menu is dedicated to food items. Some decent food combos, a few really really weird sandwiches, and one size fits all frozen drinks. I came for the coffee, and I wasn't disappointed. For food, because of the unique menu, sort of high prices, and more food than coffee, I'll probably come back and just stick to the drinks. If you're looking for Starbucks, this isn't it. I was disappointed to see a real time-based menu (most coffee places serve menu items all the time), so even the couple of breakfast items I would consider paying for, wasn't on the menu because it was getting close to Noon. read more

What a great find in Chippewa Falls! We were staying at a campsite a couple of minutes away and wanted to explore downtown Chippewa (and ending up coming back here a total of 3 times over the weekend). They have a great selection of coffee and tea drinks, breakfast items, sandwiches, paninis and salads. They were great with COVID precautions and the scone was one of the best I've ever had. They have limited indoor seating and patio seating at this time. Cannot wait to return! read more

I really like to support local coffee shops. This was a big disappointment and costly. A cold brew that was awful, tasted really funny and was too light to be a true cold brew. A iced latte was tasteless. We threw out half of each. I should have known ... it did not smell like coffee upon entering. I think it is a food place. But would not go back. read more

The pastries and bakery items are delicately unique with my favorites are the chocolate croissant and orange ricotta puff. I stopped in this little town on the way to a meeting. I had originally wanted to order the soup but they were unsure if it was ready or not as it was so early. I wasn't even sure what day it was so I changed my order to get the crepes. Now, I hate to pick apart just one item of food on the menu but here is my qualm: there was so much of this thick heavy, cheesy cream on the crêpe that by the time I had gotten in my car and take two bites it was as cold as if I had just pulled it out of the fridge. A very weird experience when wanting to taste a warm gooey crepe. Almost similar to expecting to taste ice water and getting sprite. Secondly, there was almost no Nutella on the crepe. I would advocate that if you're going to put other ingredients (there was also chocolate syrup) (see photo), then you should probably disclose on your menu board what all is in the item. For example: someone wanting to stay away from saturated fats certainly would not have eaten that crêpe and probably would've been very disappointed once having driven away. Now, on the other hand, literally, the Miel latte I had was excellent. The cinnamon was a bit over-the-top but the oat milk complemented it perfectly. Service was quick, however, just a PSA, having a cashier stare at you until you're ready to order is unsettling for many. It doesn't make customers feel assured that you're waiting on them, it usually makes them feel pressured to order faster. The space is huge, super cute and has a calm, quiet vibe. Lots of space for study groups and there were a couple of comfier-looking chairs asEverything felt clean and taken care of. Overall: would go back if I was in the area. read more
