*Disclaimer: did not purchase from this shop. Took my best friend dress shopping here for her wedding gown. They were able to get us in same day (awesome) and were very nice when we arrived. However, the selection of dresses was somewhat confused as all dresses were squished together in their bags. She selected several to try on and we began the process. The salesgirl was very polite but did not do a good job clipping the dress to make it fitting friend. If you've gone dress shopping- you know that you can't see what it will look like on your body unless the attendant garment clips it tightly. I saw ONE garment clamp being used- the rest were on par with chip clips! The overall experience was not horrible, but was a far way from good. Again- they were polite, but not very knowledgeable about their inventory or very helpful. Perhaps a different attendant would be more attentive to our needs but this one was NOT. read more

I was a groomsman for a good friend of mine. His bride chose Bridal designs as the vendor for us to rent our suits from. Of the groom and the five groomsmen, only two people had suits that fit even remotely well. The groom was fitted there, and when he went to pick his suit up, he was unhappy with the fit. The arms were incredibly tight and the lapels lifted around three inches off his chest at rest. He was told that this was normal and that this was the style of suit he chose. According to him and his bride, he was not given any options to get a different style. The shop owner told me that he was not telling the truth. A local tailor measured me. When I arrived for a fitting, everything was ok except the pants were incredibly large. With the pants tightened as much as possible, I had about 8 inches between my stomach and the button. The shop owner then measured me, and told me that I was 2 inches smaller than my tailor had measured. When she measured me, she pulled the tape so tight that it was cutting into my skin. All instructions on Google say to leave a finger under the tape to be sure it is not too tight. Also, the shoes, which were my normal shoe size were way too small. The owner then informed me that it was my tailor's fault and that she could order the pants based off her measurement of two inches smaller, but I would have to pay an additional $15 in shipping. She promised me that they would arrive via UPS the next day. This was Thursday, and the wedding was Saturday. Texas was hit by a massive storm that week, and the package never arrived Friday. She said that she was told by UPS that it would arrive on Saturday morning (wedding day), but that her suit vendor was sending another set. I don't blame her for the shipping delay, but I never received the replacements before the wedding. I had to buy pants a Kohl's and wear old shoes. The shop owner refused to refund anything, even the additional $15 shipping for the items that I never received. My issue was that she showed no empathy and her attitude was horrible. Luckily the wedding went well in spite of her. I would never recommend her to anyone, this is not someone you need to deal with for your big day. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They will make you sign your life away on contracts that will handcuff you to their unfair business agreements. For example, I needed to call to have them not ship my dress to San Francisco, since I'll be in Texas, so I called them to inform them of us - they proceeded to tell me that "all payments are non-refundable"...so I'm going to pay $40 for shipping that's no longer needed?! Clearly they don't make any exceptions from their unfair business agreements - so buyer (and bride/grooms) BEWARE! read more

I enjoyed my experience here. They were able to get me in after having gone to two other places and was not having the best day. I tried on many dresses and found two that were stunning. It was a very difficult decision, but the lady was amazing and helped me decide on the dress that I'm walking down the aisle to. read more

Dropped off a designer Vera Wang for restoration and a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. The bridesmaid dress ordered for me at a different shop came in and it was HUGE. 6 inches on each side huge. I brought the gown to Bridal Design on a semi short notice and Sharon got it fixed in the deadline needed and with precision. I was worried taking a dress in that much would ruin the design but this shop made it look perfect. Once I get my Vera Wang done I'll update this review. read more

This place was ghetto and a waste of time. The "dressing room" smelled weird and the lady helping me was very pushy. She tried telling me what was "in" instead of focusing on what I was looking for. She just wanted to sell me a dress, any dress. Do not go here...no matter what. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered my bridesmaids dress and paid for it. The next day, they called and said that color was discontinued. They then told me that they could refund the dress, but they would charge me a $25 fitting fee. I never would've even paid if they would've checked to make sure the dress was available. They were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't have had them measure me if I weren't getting that dress, they didn't even send me home with measurements so I have to pay $25 for nothing, because they didn't do their job properly and make sure a dress was available before selling it. They have zero samples to try on, you just have to order. Definitely not somewhere I would ever let my friends get their dresses. read more

They have huge selections with very reasonable prices. My consultant helped me find the perfect dress. We really enjoyed experience at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos. We also ordered the bridesmaid dresses and Tuxedos. Everybody got great group discounts. The dresses all came in time. They did perfect alteration on my wedding dress. It's truly a one stop bridal shop. We highly recommend them! read more

This place was worth every penny. Contrary to previous reviews I had an amazing experience with Bridal Designs. I did not purchase dress here, but my bridesmaids and I had our dresses altered here and have nothing but good things to say. My dress had many layers and designs and it fit like a glove and looked perfect on my wedding day. read more

I'm not sure why this business has such bad reviews. I am so happy with my experience and dress! This was my first place to go while shopping for my wedding dress. I came with my mom and sister and we had the entire salon to ourselves. The dresses had pictures attached to the outside of the bag so you could see exactly what the dresses looked like- made it so easy to choose which ones to try on. I found a dress I loved but had more dress appointments and felt nervous about picking a dress at the first shop. I went to two other appointments that day- none of the places I went measured up to the service of Sharon and her selection. I called her and she ended up staying open late so I could drive back to her store and get my dress. I bought the dress in December and it came in a month early! I live in Hawaii and was nervous about conducting business so far away from the shop! Great dresses, great service, nice store. Thank you! read more

Do I have an option to pick 0 stars?... I have no idea why anybody would give this bridal shop a good review. I rented a tux from this shop for a wedding that I attended in the area. My measurements came from a Men's wearhouse which have never faulted me in the last ten times I've used them. Right before arriving to the shop, the groom had already told me that his fit was awkward and the shop owner wasn't going to do anything about it. (The shoulders were very tight and waist was loose to the point it flared out.) He informed me that the owner said that this was the design of the suit and that is how it was supposed to be. As I arrived, I ran into similar problems in which the jacket was very loose and the shoes were too tight. When asking the owner if there were any tricks of the trade to tighten up the jacket, she got wise and stated that if I wanted a perfect fitting suit then I should buy one for a thousand dollars then have it tailored. I then stated I'm sorry that I spent $200 (actual $189) and want it to fit. Guessing this would only cause stress for the bride and groom I didn't create a scene. I normally don't write reviews except this lady quite possibly has the worst customer service skill set that I have ever seen. It was actually comical how bad she was to the point of making reference to the camera in the corner above front counter and asking if we were being punked. Of it all, the worst part of the entire interaction was during the Sunday (returns between 1-3pm only or you get charged another day) she kicked one of the other groomsmen out of the store because she did not want to partially reimburse his suit that he never received the pants. She stated to him very snotty like "There is the door, thank you for your business." No way in hell would I recommend this business to anybody that I care about. Generally you get what you pay for but in this case we paid top dollar for piss poor quality and service. Do not put your special day in the hands of this lady. read more

I would give this place No Stars if I could. The staff is cold and is unfamiliar with the term called Customer Service. I went in with my sister on independance day weekend, tried on a few dresses and they kept pressuring us with the selling point of giving us $100 off for independance day, my mom wasnt with us so they said if we returned the next day they would honor the 100 off sale. We returned the next day and were about to make a purchase when we noticed the promised discount had not been applied. Afther inquiring about this they said it was only valid for accessories and bridesmaid dresses. I felt so decieved and they werent even courteous enough to offer an apology for what could have been a misunderstanding. We said we needed some time to think about it and tried to schedule a third appointnent to which they said it would be a $50 fee to schedule. I simply walked out afther that. Go someplace else!!! read more
